Liked the location and cleanliness

Cons:

The rooftop bar would not allow us in just for drinks - they stated we had to have a meal along with drinks. We'd just eaten elsewhere and so couldn't make use of it.
The air-con was useless.
Pillows were very uncomfortable.

Perfekt!
Pros:

Das Zimmer war perfekt - bezogen auf den Style, als auch den Komfort. Tolle Größe von Zimmer und Badezimmer. Das Bett war ebenfalls riesig und unglaublich bequem, die Klimaanlage sehr angenehm. Frühstück und Drinks auf der Dach(terasse) ebenfalls sehr gut! Ich liebe das Hotel, ich liebe den Vibe! und natürlich die Gegend für Vintage, coffee shops und vieles mehr perfekt.

Cons:

Wenn ich etwas bekriteln müsste, dann dass die Dachterasse nicht sonderlich viel Platz bietet. Wir waren zur Hitzewelle dort und es gab nur ganz wenige, schattige Plätze. Aber das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Perfect place for a London stay
Pros:

Excellent location, beautiful hotel room with excellent customer service. Was thrilled our room was available early and I was able to get a late check out. Rooftop pool and drinks were great. The fabulous Dishoom Indian restaurant is just a short walk away.

Excellent hotel with fabulous facilities and perfect location!
Pros:

Excellent location, close to local tube stations into central London. Staff were attentive, friendly and always willing to help. The rooftop pool in the hot weather was a great way to cool down and enjoy a slow morning. The interior is beautiful and feels very chic.

Cons:

We initially had an issue with our air con for the first night however the team were very quick to resolve this.
