Bedding and the bed was fantastic. Staff were all very accommodating and friendly. Location was good.
Breakfast took far too long. having to wait an hour for breakfast isnt what you would expect. This was on both days. When the breakfast did arrive, 2 items were missing. We did complain and they gave it to us complimentary but something needs to be done with this.

Roof top pool was barely warm

Bed was comfy, location great. Rooftop pool was nice and warm!
Room was tiny for the price and there was a loud extractor fan or something similar right outside our room that we could hear all night. The bathroom sink kept making a gurgling sound all through the night as well which also kept us awake.
The hotel is in a great location. The rooftop is nice but it was closed for a private event which was disappointing.
The rooms have been finished to a high standard and are nicely decorated.
Steam shower was a nice touch.

For a 5* hotel, I found there were a few issues.
The shower was shad corrosion on the hinges.
The wallpaper was faded and felt a bit out of place.
The staff in the bar on the top floor ignored me for the best part of 15 minutes while I was sat waiting, despite the bar being mostly empty. Thankfully, the hostess spotted that I had been waiting and sorted a drink for me.
The room was noisy. I'm unsure where it was coming from - I had an inside room so I'm assuming it was from the hotel but can't be sure.
Overall, I would say that the hotel is nice but there are others in the area which I think are better.
Coffee machine was poor.
gorgeous room, comfortable bed and loved all the additional robes, slippers and mini bar. Staff were so pleasant on arrival and throughout the stay and the whole weekend was lovely.
it was all great, only criticism was waiting a while for a coffee the next morning when on the roof terrace but we hadn't booked, the coffee was lovely and pricing reasonable too.

der Service im Rooftop war am ersten Morgen nicht berauschend. die Dame hat uns Mädels gut ignoriert und schlürfte im Raum hin und her und hatte nicht mal ein lächeln übrig. am 2. Morgen hatten wir eine andere Dame die widerum freundlich war. das man Zusatzleistungen beim Frühstück hat ist nicht so schön, wenn man inkl gebucht hat.
