Locations great. Facilities v good and rooms great.
Reception staff friendly and welcoming.
Restaurant was beautiful but service was very slow. It was not particularly busy either. This was poor.
The staff's communication, the cleanliness, and the quality of the environment are excellent. The notes left at check-in and check-out, and the small treats, make you feel special.
There was never anything I disliked directly. I just wish it were a little more affordable.

The hotel had a lovely music bar and roof bar. The room was very nice and great bed and pillows compared to other hotels in London.
Breakfast was very poor for a 5 star hotel and needs improving. We were given 2 miserable pastries no fruit was offered and it says 1 glass orange juice seriously 1 glass surely for price of room this should be offered more.

Comfiest bed EVER!!!!
The hotel was stunning and in a great location but what really put this hotel over the top was the service. The staff was always present and went above and beyond when British Airways lost my luggage. They shipped in from the hotel after we left back to our house. I truly couldn't imagine a nicer group of people working at a hotel. Will absolutely be staying there next time we're in London.

Great room, very comfortable, good sound proofing, nice toiletries and tea and coffee making facilities.
Foyer was a bit small.

Nous pensions avoir une chambre avec plus de lumière car ayant été en cours intérieure et celle-ci petite, cela laissait peu de place à la lumière naturelle. Mais nous étions là pour profiter de la ville. Autre point en parlant de place: pas beaucoup d'espace autour du lit et dans la chambre en général. Avec 2 petits bagages c'était suffisant.
