Pros:

Had an issue with the room but it was promptly taken care off. Even though there was a lot of noise outside the soundproofing was really good.
Good area, less than 10min walking to the old town, airport bus 5min walking.
Huge bed and comfortable

I do not recommend it.
Pros:

We checked in at night after a long journey, but we couldn't even take a shower because the drain wasn't working; whenever the water was turned on, it flooded the entire bathroom floor and even spilled out into the room. It wasn't a cheap hotel, yet it was dusty—as if only a superficial cleaning was done—and there were no toiletries provided; I was definitely disappointed. This hotel isn't worth the price I paid.

Отель 10/10, чарівне місце розташування на річці Кура біля старого місця з мальовничим видом з вікна на Тбілісі, якщо візьмете номер з видом на річку. Європейський сніданок, є смачний ресторан, сильні номери, привітний персонал, дуже раджу!!!!
