I liked the food, liked the interior, the view, the amenities.

Cons:

I have serious concern regarding the overcrowding at the hotel restaurant. During my visit, a relatively small space was packed with approximately 200 guests. This created a hazardous environment; with only a single exit available, any emergency or fire would have resulted in a disaster.
The lack of oversight from management was evident. The room was so congested that guests could barely move between tables to access the terrace. Furthermore, the facilities were entirely inadequate for the crowd size, as 200 people were expected to share a single restroom. This experience felt both irresponsible and unsafe."

Pros:

Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The location was great and the view was absolutely beautiful. The room was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference for us.

Cons:

The only small downside was that the breakfast could have been better and more varied. Other than that, everything was perfect. We would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others.

Hope the staff be more friendly with customers & visitors , this is the 5 or 6 times for me to visit the hotel

Cons:

The cleaners is not friendly ,, & I forgot my power bank next to the bed they say they didn’t see it & I am sure I forgot it
