Servis hizmet çok iyiydi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü, her konuda alakalı ilgililer. Roof restoran yemekleri güzel. Kahvaltı gayet güzel ve yeterli. Odalar geniş rahat. Fakat halı olmamasını tercih ederdik. Kaplama halı maalesef hijyenik değil kirli ve eski duruyor. Ayrıca odamız kültür park tarafında idi ve her gece konser vardı. Müzik sesi çok fazla geliyor. Bir daha daha sessiz tarafta oda istememiz gerekiyor.

Alles in einem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Massage war super!
Es könnte nur mehr darauf geachtet werden, dass Hygienebeutel, Handseife und Duschgel aufgefüllt werden.

Kahvaltı mükemmeldi, çeşitlilik ,tazelik, miniklere özel jestler, güleryüzlülük, Çok sayıda koşturan çabalayan ,nazik garsonlar.

Mövenpick Hotel Bursa’da geçirdiğim konaklama, gerçekten kusursuzdu.
Girişten çıkışa kadar her detay özenle düşünülmüştü. Personelin ilgisi ve güler yüzlülüğü kendimi özel hissettirdi. Odalar son derece konforlu, temiz ve modern detaylarla donatılmıştı.
Kahvaltı zengin, lezzetli ve kaliteli ürünlerle doluydu. Otelin genel atmosferi sakinlik ve şıklığı bir arada sunuyor.
Bursa’da konaklama denince aklıma artık tek bir yer geliyor: Mövenpick.

Oda, yatak, duş malzemeleri temizlik herşeyi iyi. Kahvaltı almadık. Ancak bana göre yanlış olanı anlatayım.
Otele normal giriş 14:00 ama daha önce birçok otelde kalmış biri olarak, eğer misafir uzaktan gelmiş ve müsait oda varsa jest yapıp odaya almak bana göre doğru olan. Ancak boş oda var ancak 40 Euro verirseniz alırım demesi bence sıfır not almasına yeterli. Müşteri memnuniyeti bu şekilde olmamalı.

2 gecelik konaklamamızda çalışan personel gayet güleryüzlüydü fakat oda çok küçük ve maznzara olarak çok kötüydü birbirine çok yakın bir binaydı manzaramız rica ettiğim halde odayı değiştiremedik maalesef .Kahvaltı yetersizdi çeşitlilik olarak restaurantta yemekler lezzetliydi .Bir diş fırçasını bile 10 kere aradıktan sonra ancak odaya gönderdiler .

Termal otel olarak geçiyor fakat okadar ufak ki oturacak yer bulamadık. Toplamda 10 tane şezlong var yok. Çok yetersiz sayısı. Onun dışında temizlik ve çalışanlar çok iyiydi.
