Exceptional hospitality and a relaxing thermal experience!
We stayed at the Mövenpick Bursa for two days, booking three rooms for our group. It was a fantastic stay characterized by great service and comfort.
The Rooms & Service
The hotel exceeded our expectations right from the start.
• Complimentary Upgrade: We were pleasantly surprised when the hotel upgraded our room categories for free.
• Quality: The rooms were very clean, modern, and comfortable.
• A Thoughtful Touch: Upon arrival, the hotel provided a sweet "compliment" in the room—a small éclair and an apple. It was a lovely gesture that made us feel very welcome.
Facilities & Parking
• Spa & Wellness: The highlight of the hotel is definitely the thermal spa and hammam. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing.
• Parking: Since we were traveling by car, we can’t comment much on public transport, but the hotel provides its own private parking, which made things very convenient for us.

• House Policy: One thing to note is that the hotel has a policy against bringing outside food into the premises. While we didn't bring anything in ourselves, it's something to keep in mind if you enjoy having a late-night snack or a drink in your room.

Останавливаемся второй раз. В целом все устраивает. Удобный номер. Великолепный вид из окна. Прекрасный бассейн с термальной водой. Очень отзывчивый персонал. Бесплатная парковка. Недалеко до горнолыжного курорта Улудаг.

Cons:

Нет смарт ТВ. Невозможность смотреть YouTube, Netflix и т.д. на нормальном экране создаёт неудобства. Не очень разнообразный завтрак. Мне показалось, что завтрак не стоит тех денег которые берет отель
