Location is good
As soon as we opened the sofa bed it had a big disgusting stain with a weird smell on the mattress. Front desk lady gave me a cleaning spray and a blanket “to cover it up”. That is the most inappropriate and unprofessional way of solving cleanliness issues I’ve ever met in my life.
By the way spray didn’t even work as the sprinkling head was broken. So had to stay overnight in that conditions.
Also towels had hair on them.
Very nice and clean staff was friendly

Everything was great about the hospitality was perfect when you check-in and out

The cook did not have pride in the food. He burnt the bacon, the sausage. The biscuits we're hard.
And she gets loud when somebody has
Something to say about why they're in bacon crumbles and dried bent, sausage.
And there's a couple more things, she just wasn't feeling good about that day, I think. But it was every day that I was there. The food was burnt.
They had roaches at hotel, room smelled like mildew, side doors didnt work, had trouble accessing room, if anyone else had availability I would have left that night. Showed the front desk the roach. and Jason was cussing the whole time he checked me in and walked off mid helping me because he couldn't figure out the card machine. Sorry i didnt think to take pictures of the roach I showed the younger guy Jayden and he grabbed a towel to step on it I asked him if that means they had roaches he said he hadnt been there long but thats the first one hes seen.
A few of the walls on my room were peeling and/or dirty.
The staff are amazing! Booking did not book a two queen bed room and the staff scrabbled to fix the situation on a very full and busy night. After 12 hours of driving we were exhausted and the staff were so understanding. They put a 2 queen bedroom together, no tv in the room.
No entry access from the side parking lot.
Our connecting room had a water leak and the floor was wet and the room smelled bad. We gave up the room. They offered a another one for the second night but it was on another floor. We said no just refund us for the room. They said they had to get a manager approval. Manager won't be in until Monday. So I don't know if I am going to get a refund. And the pancake maker did not work.
Sorry look above. Write it in the wrong place. Other than that it was a nice stay.
When we arrived we had no reservation. There were no rooms available at any of the Holiday Inn Expresses in the city

The young man at the front desk and dirty room and no power for several hours no electricity
Breakfast was included and very good. Location right on a main road was very convenient; we had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant right next door.
