The front desk staff! The cleanliness. The quiet. It was really pleasant.

Cons:

The food choices at breakfast. They were no fresh fruit choices, or anything that wasn't microwaved. It was largely very unappealing.

Modern clean and cozy room!

The west elm furniture!!
The room was spacious and cozy
It was very clean. Nice color scheme; restful
The walk in closet was amazing

Cons:

The cart was a bit difficult to push when loaded
The carpeting outside the elevator was a bit dirty and stained but hallway carpet looked plush and luxurious
Toilet was lower than normal

Short and sweet stay.
Pros:

Location was nice, quiet and the room was clean. It was a quick trip, but breakfast was good.

Cons:

Don’t love the translucent and sliding glass door to the bathroom for a family suite. It adds so much light to a room of sleeping kids.

Pros:

Good location but room not comfortable. Bathroom sliding door and light shining in your face while you are in bed. Tub drain was plugged. AC was located next to bed and blowing on you while sleeping which was extremely uncomfortable and cold but could turn it down or room would be hot.

Beautiful hitel
Pros:

Location was great and the hotel was so clean as well as friendly staff who were so accommodating.

Cons:

Unfortunately our air conditioning did not work the first night making it a difficult night, however when we brought it to the attention to the staff, they got us a new room within 10 minutes. Outstanding customer service.
