Качество и ассортимент блюд на завтраке, удобное время завтрака с 7 до 13 ч
Подогреваемый бассейн с хорошим видом.
Номер 520 с видом на океан 360 градусов, по факту вид на стройку (на фото), шум с 7 утра.
Ночью шум от дискотеки до часа ночи.
Также был очень сильный шум ветра через окна. Нормально выспаться не прлучилось
Вся мебель обшарпана, требует обновления.
Размещение отеля, бассейн, завтраки, хороший wi-fi, быстрые лифты с кондиционером
Уборка в номере, шум от ремонтных работ , оплата проживания. Забронированы 2 номера с оплатой через booking.com, отель потребовал оплату картой, но для иностранцев существует лимит на оплату в сутки, было очень неудобно оплатить всю сумму частями

Сказали что депозит вернут на карту, но по истечении недели, депозит так и не вернули
Большие номера, стильные. Хорошее расположение в дали от суеты.
Отель уставший. Номера требуют обновления. Что-то отваливается, покрытие стенах в некоторых местах ободрано. Но самый главный минус это качество уборки, ужасно грязно, ковер в пятнах, пол не моют. Выезде какие-то пятна на стенах, полу, ковре. Ванну не моют вообще. Имеется характерный запах. Персонал не говорит по английски. Даже вопрос про пляжное полотенце вызывает ступор. На завтраке в соке был обнаружен осколок стекла!
Цена и качество не соответствует.
Отель чистый, удобное расположение, большие номера, отличные завтраки.
Были проблемы с оплатой на стороне отеля при заселении, ремонт на территории, детская игровая также на ремонте, нет собственного пляжа.
Сам отель новый, очень комфортный для отдыха, в уединенном районе. Территория ухоженная, чистая.
Качество обслуживания в отеле полностью соответствует заявленному. Завтраки очень разнообразные, удобно, что диапазон работы ресторана на завтрак с 6-30 до 13-00. Наш рейс был задержан, и мы прибыли в отель в 12-45. Мы успели оформить заселение и ровно в 13-00 вошли в ресторан, где нам предоставили возможность поесть.
Такого нет ничего, чтобы не понравилось. А вот можно было бы улучшить - напишу.
Знание языка (английского или русского) работников ресепшн сделало бы общение более комфортным и продуктивным.
Очень комфортный отель, номера для настоящего релакса. Удобная кровать, классный текстиль, качественная уборка.
Нужно обновить зону ресторана, «уставшие» шезлонги у бассейнв и всю зону.
Everything was more or less pleasant, except our booking didn’t went smooth.
Front desk staff didn’t speak english and we had booking issues. I think because the front desk staff is not trained well enough to understand what customer service is all about, despite this hotel being rated *****.

Отличный отель, соответствует своей категории. Новые большие номера, ухоженная территория, более того можно пользоваться всей инфраструктурой соседнего мерриота.
Территориально расположен очень удачно, пешком до центрального пляжа минут 10 по берегу, но при этом вся ночная жизнь не мешает спать по ночам. До о.Феникс минут 10 на машине, до ЖД вокзала 30 минут с учётом пробок в городе.
Завтраки на любой вкус, как китайская еда, так и вполне европейская (яйца, бекон, каша, хлопья, йогурт и т.п.), две кофемашины.
На территории большой бассейн и поменьше на 3 этаже с красивым видом.
Ресепшен круглосуточный, персонал не говорит ни на каком языке кроме китайского ю, но у всех есть портативные переводчики. Номера большие, с красивой панорамной ванной:))) уборка регулярная.
