Shelter in a storm
Pros:

The mattress was comfortable, however, the HVAC unit rattled disturbing my rest. The cleaning staff was responsive and thorough. Kudos to them.

Breakfast attendant was exceptional and the food was very good.

Cons:

The front desk personnel were not very welcoming at check in. They were efficient but not really friendly. Check out was the same.
