Pros:

A very comfortable stay for us. The hotel was conveniently located for our visit to the Murrietta Hot Springs Resort. The staff at the hotel was friendly and professional. The breakfast we had there was delicious as well. We will definitely stay there again.

Cons:

Our booking specified $20 per person per day for breakfast. What we received was $10 vouchers for limited breakfast selections. Coffee provided by Starbucks was an extra cost, and I couldn't use my Starbucks app to pay for it. Next time I will chose a hotel that includes a breakfast buffet with free coffee!

I hope I'm placed in a room without a door between rooms next time
Cons:

I had a door between the rooms. Every night I had neighbors being so loud and not considerate. I paid a lot of money to travel to find a room where I can sleep in peace. It was disappointing.

For what we needed the room for, it was fine.
Pros:

The location was great for what we needed. The staff were friendly enough, but could've turned on the "charm" a little more. It was a place to sleep, which is all we really needed.

Cons:

The sleeper sofa was the most uncomfortable pull-out bed I've ever slept in...and I know that pull-outs aren't generally comfy, so this says a lot! The wallpaper in our room was peeling off of the wall. The "breakfast included" was not actually included unless you paid. The pool grounds were nice enough, but maybe stay up to speed with how rusty your patio/deck furniture is getting. If it's rusty, replace it! Also, I felt that the price for the room didn't match what we got...definitely trying to capitalize on being close to "wine country."

Pros:

Gemütliches, sauberes Hotel in guter Lage.
Zimmer sehr leise, gepflegt mit Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine. Gute Betten.
Schönes Bistro/Bar in der Lobby, Parkplatz mit ausreichend Flächen und Lademöglichkeiten vor dem Hotel.

Cons:

Teppich auf dem Flur etwas abgewohnt, teilweise schlechte Handtücher, Zimmerreinigung etwas unaufmerksam.

Good choice for work travel and very clean.
Pros:

Location good for our work, but not so good for nearby dining options. One of the best hotel showers we’ve ever had, really well designed, perfect water control, and so spacious! Excellent room temperature controls. Comfy bed. Very very clean. Small couch to relax on when watching tv, not just the bed. Good budget-choice (for California) when traveling for work. Friendly staff, casual style.

Cons:

Morning bistro should be open longer. Missed good coffee being available all day. Just vending machines. Bleak corridors, not even a picture or any decoration by the elevators. Few niceties aside from the shower, so can’t recommend for vacation travelers.
