It was horrible in his church 250 over what I was promised
Pros:

They charge they charge $40 for breakfast and the room was completely overcharged I was overcharged $50 when I checked in and I'll charge $200 for a smoking fee that I did not even smoke in the room and I'm having a hard time even getting them to reverse it I'm going to have t dispute the charge of my bank and the manager was completely unprofessional

The staff and the manager did not meet any concerns about my room stay

Pros:

Hot tub and pool were nice

Cons:

Room was small. No ice machine on 4th floor. Elevators not centralized. No continental breakfast. Roof top bar closed. No restaurant to speak of. Night stand drawer would not open do to room layout.

Would not stay here again.
Pros:

It was clean and the high ceiling masked the smallness of the room. It had a couch (torn) and a very cold little fridge. The shower was the best part of the room - great shower head! The bed was comfy enough.

Cons:

There were very few working lights in my room. It is a VERY DARK room and no makeup mirror and very poorly lighted bathroom - impossible for makeup. No microwave. Hard to find outlets near my bed. I hated the starkness of the entire facility. Very cold and impersonal.

We have always liked the Courtyard properties and still do!!
Pros:

The hotel is very modern which we liked, and close to anything you could possibly need. It's a beautiful area.

Cons:

Check in wasn't so good. I had a copy of your reservation # but they were initially not able to find it. Eventually said it was under the name of Menning Sue rather than Sue Menning. That might have been okay but then at 5pm (we said we would be there at 4pm) they didn't have a room ready. I asked (tongue in cheek) if we could use the room for Menning Sue. Anyway, it was about 5 minutes and they gave us our room key. But once upstairs, Housekeeping was just leaving our room and the floors were all still wet from being mopped. Once dried, it was okay until bed time when we noticed that our king bed top sheet did not really fit the king size width-wise, length-wise was fine. Just a small (weird) inconvenience.

Clean, modern, spacious and comfortable place to stay!
Pros:

Hotel is modern and has spacious rooms with every detail tailored for a comfortable stay. Loved the full size mirror! Bed was super comfortable!

Nothing to not like.
