The rooms were spacious and clean.

Cons:

The living room carpet needs to be replaced. There were too many stains on the carpet especially in front of the kitchen. There were no smoking signs posted all over the building, yet people were standing in front balconies smoking cigarettes. I don’t smoke, so I’m uncomfortable with the smell of cigarettes.

It was a literal apartment. No gym 1 pool 1 hot tub and had ro walk a block for beach accress. All balconies were closed

The first night the dish washer flooded the kitchen then the next day the AC flooded the hallway...the building manager was excellent he got his guys on it quickly but not having a dish washer the whole stay really sucked

Pros:

First, we made our reservation in February 2025 for our stay in May. We were never notified that the balconies and sun deck would be closed because the engineers stated they were unsafe. This was one of the main reasons that we chose this location. If we had been notified, we could have changed our reservations. Upon arrival, we were sent to the wrong location to pick up our keys and had to drive 25 miles to a different location. The desk clerk was very rude in his explanation of these restrictions, which had been in effect since March 2025. The parking was very limited for the handicapped spaces. The pool area was okay, but being in front, there was always traffic noise. The hot tub was dirty and often had trash floating in it

Pros:

This was a great property besides there was stains on the carpet, the elevator did not work consistently and the balcony was off limits and we were not informed until checking in. However it was a beautiful view, other than the stains the hotel was very clean and very nice for our family. Very roomy and safe.
