Amazing experience
Pros:

Amazing hotel, very clean, comfy bed, spacious rooms. The staff were VERY helpful, I had an issue with taxi when I reached the hotel and they took care of it. They also offered help for everything and were very nice to book us a Taxi when leaving the hotel.

Cons:

People who come just to take photos in the lobby for hours. But nothing major, I still appreciate the hotel and would like to go back again.

Excellent séjour
Pros:

J’ai passé un excellent séjour au Sofitel Shanghai North Bund. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueilli avec beaucoup de professionnalisme, de gentillesse et d’attention. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe, qui ont été absolument remarquables tout au long de mon séjour.

L’hôtel est très beau et parfaitement entretenu. Le hall d’entrée est élégant, moderne et particulièrement accueillant. Les chambres sont spacieuses, impeccables et offrent un véritable sentiment de confort.

La literie est excellente : j’y ai très bien dormi. Les chambres sont également très calmes et parfaitement insonorisées, ce qui permet de profiter d’un repos de grande qualité, sans aucun bruit.

Le personnel est toujours souriant, disponible et aux petits soins. Je me suis senti comme chez moi et je garderai un excellent souvenir de mon passage. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir lors de mon prochain séjour à Shanghai !

Great hotel, very comfortable and exceptionally well appointed. The rooms and décor are tasteful, elegant, and thoughtfully designed, creating a very pleasant atmosphere throughout the property. The location is also convenient and fairly central.

What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the outstanding staff and service. In particular, Jerry was absolutely exceptional. He looked after me from the moment I arrived until the day I left, and nothing was ever too much trouble. His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care made a lasting impression and elevated the entire experience.

Jerry is a real asset to the hotel and, quite honestly, one of the main reasons I will be returning. Highly recommended.

Pros:

Отличный отель, новый и чистый. Все очень понравилось. Убирали каждый день. Работники очень дружелюбные, все знают Английский язык. Очень понравилось, что на завтрак был бариста и делал кофе. Отдельное спасибо Jerry за отзывчивость, очень помог нам с багажом и трансфером. Обязательно вернемся в этот отель еще раз

Wir hatten ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer mit bequemen Betten und seitlichen Ausblick auf den Bund. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Zum Bund kann man zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten laufen.
Für den Abflugtag haben wir den hoteleigenen Shuttle zum Flughafen in Anspruch genommen, was sehr komfortabel war.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat eine nette kleine Bar. Leider war diese jeden Tag schon ab 23.00 Uhr geschlossen.

Fantastic stay at Sofitel Shanghai.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Sofitel Shanghai. A special thank you to Jerry from the concierge team, who was an exceptional host throughout our visit. He took great care of both my boyfriend and me, ensuring that all our needs were met. Jerry was incredibly thorough, attentive, and charismatic, which made our stay completely stress-free.

The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of options, especially Chinese dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed. The beds were also exceptionally comfortable, allowing us to rest well after a full day of exploring the city.

Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would gladly stay here again. Thank you, Jerry and the Sofitel team, for your warm hospitality! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
