櫃台服務人員動作很慢，chech in&out都是。飯店本身很優雅，房間裝潢很特別及用心，是漂亮的飯店，乾淨環境也好。

昔懐かしの雰囲気を醸し出すホテル
Pros:

このホテルは良く利用しますが、従業員もフランクで、また大学のキャンパスに近いところにあるため、若者が多くそれでいて落ち着いた雰囲気のある良いホテルだと思います。
Wi-Fiも無料で快適に使えます。
欠点は、お湯が出てくるまでの時間がかかる事と、その水力の弱さです。
シャワーを浴びる時などは、お湯のみの利用で適温ですが水量が少なく、水を混合すると水量は普通になるのですが、冷たくて風邪を引きそうになります。
部屋にはコーヒーやお茶などのアメニティがあるのですが、有料らしく、テェックアウトの時に料金を請求されました。
ミネラルウオーターやティーパックなどは無料だと思っていたし、料金表などもないのでご注意ください。

また、予約を入れていたのですが、旅行の２日前に確認をしたところ何の連絡もなくキャンセルされていて、慌てて新たに部屋をエクスペディアさんを通じて予約し直しました。
現地にてチェックインをした際に、予約が２件入っていると言われ、色々やり取りをして、料金は１件分の支払いだけで済みましたが、中国語を話せないし、英語も堪能ではない私とホテルスタッフのやり取りには、かなりの時間が費やされました。ちゃんとキャンセルになっていて、料金が徴収されないことを祈ります。
でもこんな事ってあるんですね。驚きました。
