Nice hotel and room
Loud water piping in our room.
very clean, hotel had a nice scent (didnt smell like an old hotel), staff were friendly, close to a shopping centre
just that my pillow was really flat. while I still had a decent night's sleep, i wasn't as comfortable as I could've been

Location is perfect for us
The room was modern, clean, comfortable and great value. The staff were friendly and helpful. Having easy access to supermarkets, cafes and restaurants across the road was a huge bonus.
I liked the parking security and the friendly staff, the room facilities were clean and professionally maintained.
One thing I didn’t like about the property was the signage was quite small and hard to see, and navigation always takes you to the wrong side of the road where you can’t cut across the traffic lights. There were also night works by council right outside my window which was no fault of the accomodation but this made sleeping hard.

The room was clean and comfortable. During the night the bedding was too hot. I would have liked to be able to take the doona off and have just a blanket on. Supply of blankets in cupboard would be appreciated to allow for cooler bedding.
