ホテルに行くまではキツい坂があり重い荷物を持って登るのが大変でしたが、その分テラスからの眺めは最高でした！レセプションのスタッフの方もとても親切で、お話しを楽しんだり、朝早くチェックアウトすることを伝えるとサンドイッチを用意してくださいました。テラスに行くために食堂を通ると、ハウスキーパーの女性達が食事をしており、一緒にどう？と誘ってくださったりみんな優しかったです。そしてこのホテルで飼われている黒いパグがとてもかわいいです！このホテルの施設ではありませんが、隣のホテルのプールと繋がっていてこのホテルの宿泊者も使っていいとのことでした。
部屋は綺麗でシャワーもちゃんと熱いお湯出ます！少し残念な点はベッド近くにコンセントと部屋の電気のスイッチがないことでしたが、全然許容範囲です！なぜか日本のコンセントが挿せる穴が二つほどありました！早朝テラスから綺麗なバルーンが見え、近くを通って行くので景色は本当に最高です！

Desde el arribo la atención por parte de Osman fue muy cálida, todo el staff nos hicieron sentir mucho cariño con sus atenciones, agradecimiento especial a Gina por sus recomendaciones sobre Estambul y a Osman quien nos ayudo en todo para coordinar transporte, reserva de globo aerostático y a Ercan, Aysel y Songul quienes estuvieron responsables de cocina y desayuno. El Tulip hotel es un lugar increíble, todo el hotel tiene el encanto y el ambiente de un lugar mágico enclavado en las cuevas generadas por roca volcánica característica de esta zona,las habitaciones te traducen a otro tiempo con detalles muy particulares como la decoración llena de tapetes de la región, vitrales en las puertas del baño y mobiliario clásico lo que produce una sensación muy especial. El hotel comparte propiedad con el hotel Kelebek donde se ubica una alberca muy agradable para un chapuzon después de estar expuestos a temperaturas arriba de 30 grados. Sumamente recomendable subir a alguna de sus 4 terrazas al alba (5:30am) para ver despegar los globos aerostáticos qué literalmente si tienes suerte pasan volando por arriba del hotel, una experiencia impresionante.
El hotel se ubica a menos de 10 minutos a pie del centro de Goreme qué es donde se ubican restaurantes, bares, cafés y comercios además de las distintas opciones de ATM para retirar dinero.
Tiene una ubicación sumamente buena.
En resumen Tulip Cave Suites es un hotel encantador con una ubicación inmejorable y una atención excelente

Good location. Our room was OK, not the best. The view from the top terrace is amazing. Staff was very friendly.

Çalışanlar pozitif insanlar, kahvaltı yeterli ve temizdi ve oda temizliği de çok iyiydi. Teras katta gece dinlenmek ve sabah balonları izlemek güzel bir deneyim oldu. Tavsiye edilir.

Hotel estava em reforma e só tivemos acesso ao roof top para olhar a cidade e o balões no último dia. Funcionários super educados e prestativos. Café da manhã com algumas opções e muito gostoso.

This delightful family-run cave hotel offers excellent service and warm hospitality. It’s conveniently located near the center of Goreme. Breakfast is included, with eggs cooked to your preference. Osman is quick to respond to emails and is very helpful with inquiries. I highly recommend the Tulip Cave Suites!

The staff are all friendly and very helpful. We also enjoyed the views from 4 separate terraces and the morning brakfast was varied, tasty and plentiful.

Staff were very nice. we have got information needed upon check in. The location was perfect. Very close to restaurants, and pretty safe to walk around anywhere.
we requested the room with hill view balcony which you can see hills with many cave hotels and balloons.
They have a roof top terrace which you can view 360 view with all balloons

A nice and cozy place to stay in. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Lots of restaurants and shops available. View from the rooftop is amazing!

Aile olarak iki çocuğumuzla birlikte bir gece oldukca konforlu ve temiz bir odada konakladık. Otel sahipleri samimi ve ilgiliydi. otelin terasından balonları izledik çok keyifli bir tecrübe oldu tavsiye ederim.

Cumpre com o prometido, staff muito bom e atencioso, bem localizado, sem elevador e bastante escadas para subir, acesso para carro um pouco difícil, estava com pequena obra, estacionamento TB difícil

We've never stayed at a cave hotel in the past so we didn't know what to expect.

This is a family-run hotel and Hasan and his family were so gracious and welcoming that we couldn't have asked for anything better. Hasan showed us to the top rooftop deck when we arrived to orient us on the layout of Goreme and to suggest a few short hikes that we could still fit in with the remaining daylight.

He also anticipated poor weather for our planned balloon flight and had already booked a backup flight for the following morning. Indeed, our original flight was cancelled (the government actually decides if it's safe to fly) so we were able to fly the following day.

Additionally, Hasan booked a private tour ("highlights tour") which was excellent! Erhan was an excellent guide with a great command of English and read the interest level of our group accordingly so he didn't keep talking when we just wanted to explore on our own.

The breakfast was also excellent -- a traditional Turkish spread of olives, bread, cheese, cucumbers and a few "American backup options" of omelets made to order and breakfast cereal.

The cave experience is a bit rustic -- so that's something that some might not love. The rooms were dim, the ceiling is low, and I hit my head on the doorways a few times (my own fault, obviously, it is a cave after all). You're not going to get marble bathrooms and glorious daylight with panorama views.

I highly recommend Tulip Cave and would stay here again, no doubt!

Well my family had a lovely stay at Tulip Cave Hotels. We were taken care of in a lovely manner. Leaving with lots of great memories from our visit and we will come back to Tulip again. I thank all the staff who took such a wonderful care of us and made sure we feel at home. I would highly recommend the place.

The service was over and beyond. Will be staying here again
