Maybe good for work related trips but not for veca
Pros:

Placement is not good, in the middle of industrial area. Far to the beach and far to Pattaya city.

Stay away from this place!
Pros:

Stay away from this hotel. Air conditioning doesn’t work. Changed 3 room. All rooms have mold growing. The place has a pungent smell. Had to check out after an hour Hotel will not give a refund for my 6 days booking. A total S**** Hole

Pros:

So this hotel is close to the main road but not right on it. It seems quite safe. If you are coming from America, it is like a Motel 6 or Red Roof Inn level but nicer because it has a lobby, enclosed hallways, elevators. The finishes are lower level but clean and perfectly ok. There is a very small pool almost on the street and a small gym. Never saw either in use. The bed and bathroom are very adequate. The hallways are not air conditioned and your key must be in the socket to get electric in your room, so it takes a few minutes to cool. The staff was almost universally pleasant. There were no English TV channels, room safe, or other extras, but for the price I would recommend it.
One note, they seem to have lots of buses of Chinese tourists, so the air brakes and voices can get quite loud in the early morning. Same for evening arrivals. Buffet breakfast is included downstairs, but only 6-9 so I never tried and imagine you would be quite caught in a throng readying to catch the bus...
It’s a good value and they make an effort. Just don’t expect too much.

Nice hotel
Pros:

This hotel it's very new, nice big parking , nice lobby, good room, great toilet, nice food and overall not problem or complain...It's good to pass the night before all day to pattaya and save hotel money :)
