Péssima. Me colocaram em um quarto sem janelas, sem ar condicionado, sem ventilador, sem qualquer ventilação, com cheiro de mofo muito forte e baratas. Pingou água do teto no chão, ao lado da cama. Paguei 03 noites e só consegui ficar 01, com muito esforço. Acho que foi a pior experiência em hostel já reservada por aqui

Excellent location, great terrace, clean

Overall it's better than the rest of the hostels in the area. affordable, security is good, cleanliness is good, location is great I must say, but not for working traveller. There is a desktop available also seen in the pictures when you book but apparently its not working! and been requesting for it to be fixed since my 1st day. I've been staying for 2 wks now and seems like they have no plans of fixing it.

スタッフの態度が悪い。エアコンも途中で壊れる。足音がかなり響く。蚊に刺される。清潔ではない。

一般一般吧…位置很好…房间大…而且有空调…早餐是有，但是很早就没有了，很多人吃不上，咖啡和茶随时有。主要是便宜，物美价廉，性价比高。

I don't like it. Because not cleaning and don't give separate bed.. I was just booked and paid but not sleep there.

Need drapes to cover bed area for a little more privacy and block out bunk mates lights. Very friendly and great service.

Nice location as walk downstairs you can easily get access to Central Market and Pasar Seni LRT or MRT stations. Easy to plan the transport for KL trip. Clean toilet and pantry. The only bad thing is in one of the toilet, I can only get hot shower even I did not turn on the switch.

Welcoming and helpful staff. Clean toilets/shower etc. Free toast and coffee in the morning. Great location. Great stay!

Lots of eateries and souvenir shops can be found here, if you want to take train or bus it's just 350m distance (4 mins) to reach bus terminal Pasar Seni, LRT or MRT stations. Good to stay here for short term stay.

I had much better expectations for this hostel! No shoes allowed past reception, can't even hide the shoes in the room so if you wear nice sneakers there's a chance it can get stolen. No shoes allowed but the floors were not cleaned at all. All locker locks were broken, even if you tried to lock your valuables, people can just pull it open. Toilets were gross, I've never seen toilet paper in any of the toilets for my entire stay, no nozzle on the bidets, and the toilets are always drenched in "water." I was assigned to a room that didn't match photos at all and AC was not working. I asked to switch and was accommodated to another room where the A/C was working but it was cold for only 10 minutes then it would just blow warm air like a fan, no remote in the room, just a switch to turn on. No privacy curtains on the beds as seen in photos. Walls are so thin that you can hear footsteps and people talking. You're given bed sheets (that you have to put on the mattress yourself), and a very used and thin blanket. Overall, the only thing good about this place is the location, walk downstairs and you have tons of stores from Central Market.

Booked for 2 room (double bed) but when I check-in around 4:00 PM.
The guesthouse receptionist told me that our booking room been sell to another group of people as we did not check-in around 2:00 PM.
In the end, 4 bed dorms (estimate cost of S$ 36.00) giving to us to replace our booking of 2 double bed room (cost me S$ 56.00 thru internet booking) with no refund. If did not agreed, we need to find another place to stayed.
Pros – Good location and clean toilets
Cons – Dirty walls around room and unclean rooms
