Nice, cozy.
Pros:

Suitable for introvert like me. Im working outside kuching and always sends outstation here so this is my best choice if im too lazy too go back to my place. Price worth

Sunset Homestay
Pros:

The room rate per night was very cheap and the location of the hostel was fantastic!

Cons:

The air conditioner in the block was so cold that I got up several times.
Are the lockers without padlocks in the block meaningful?
The room was quite dirty, with a lot of hair and a fruit seed.
The blanket was so slim that It couldn't keep me warm.
The kitchen in the common area was dirty and moldy.
It needs cleaning.

Pros:

Easy location to Kuching centre. Easy instructions for self check in. Towel provided

Cons:

Bed slightly uncomfortable and thin pillow. Nowhere to store luggage so has to sit in small gap at the bottom of bed. Bathrooms ok. Common area has standard table and chairs, nothing comfy
