Pros:

It was so great! There is my heart in Rimini!
There is the hotel no so far from the aeroport. The sea is up to 5 minutes from the hotel. There are grocery store with all necessary things and a lot of italian cafes and restaurants near the hotel.
It's important for me to drink healthy water and there is drinking water in a special boiler in the hotel. I've tried to do work and rest and I've done it! Hotel staff've helped to me with internet for my working. The hotel is comfortable. The hotel staff is polite. There are all necessary things in apartment. I recommend!

Pros:

Местоположение хорошее, рядом море, магазин, пляжи платные и бесплатный, персонал приветлив и выполняет просьбы. Чисто, большая кровать удобная, кондиционер работал, но по моим ощущениям мог бы и лучше охлаждать, кухня представляет собой бюджетный вариант. Приготовить еду можно. В номер нам дали чайник. Чувствуется, что был недавно ремонт в комнате. Есть в номере 2 небольших балкона.

Cons:

Цена. Соседние здания расположены очень близко к резиденции, но это особенность местного населенного пункта.

We stayed for 2 weeks. Everything was good.
Pros:

The location is excellent. Close to bus and train stations. Catering facilities and a shop just outside the hotel. Quiet enough, although there is a bustle just 100-200 metres away. Beaches 139 and 140 are very close by, including a free beach. The hosts are lovely and kind people. As soon as we arrived they were ready and knew what country we were from. The holiday went very quickly. We also went to Venice, San Marino, visited the surrounding castles and of course relaxed by the sea

Pros:

The host is a kind, nice person. Help in everything, if you have any question.
The rooms are clean, the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need.
Internet and the air condition work well.
Very closely, there is a shop, you can buy what you need. Restaurants, coffee rooms everywhere. The beach really just a few steps.
We are very pleased, thank you welcome hotel team! :)

Pros:

I visited this hotel the second time.
The location is excellent.
The administration is very kind.
The room was spacious with a kitchen, air conditioning, and a balcony with a side sea view.
A microwave oven is a significant plus.

Cons:

Sometimes, in the evening, the water pressure in the shower was too low.
The pillows are too firm.
The kitchen facilities are old.
The restroom needs renovation.

Комфортное, тихое место
Pros:

Хороший, комфортный отель, в тихом районе города Римини. Рядом есть супермаркет со всем необходимым. По соседству находится церковь в которой вечерами можно послушать красивое церковное пение. На кухне есть почти все что требуется для самостоятельной готовки, нет только разделочных досок.

Следует учитывать что в этом отеле белье не входит в стоимость и за него нужно отдельно заплатить, около 30 евро на троих.
