金額がリーズナブルなのでよかった。大浴場がありお部屋は清潔感があり快適でした。また次回もお願いいたします。
Cons:

朝食の際、並んでいたら案内の人もいないので席に座ったら案内の人から注意された。初めて来させていただいたのでこちら側としてはシステムがわからないのでもっとわかりやすくしていただけるとよいと思いました。

Cons:

お風呂の棚が少なく他の方とかさなり
着脱が不便だった。
温泉を浸かる向きがお客さんが、身体を
洗う方の向きのため眺めは良くないし
みられる方も不快を感じました。
お風呂にタオルを置くようにすれば
身軽にいけるのではないか。
と感じました。

Cons:

部屋の狭さは致し方ないとしても、いらっしゃいませの挨拶もなく、言葉遣いも酷く今まで宿泊した国内外のホテルのなかでも、受付の対応全般がぞんざいであきれてしまいました。

別館は清潔感あり綺麗。
9階が受付、ロビー、ドンクバーあり眺めよい。
10階客室、ベランダから見える山並みと夕焼けは素晴らしかった。
備品関係も最新が多く驚いた。シャワー🚿ノズルも3パターン使い分ける事が出来て、洗顔対応へ切り替え使用時は、細かなシャワー🚿が気持ち良かった。
アメニティグッズでは、枕が選べるのはとても良い。その他入浴剤の種類も多くて選ぶ楽しみあり！またパン(カラフルなクロワッサン🥐多種類あり、ドリンクバー、お菓子も種類多く、新聞も無料配布など、サービスはとても良いと感じた。
また、訪れた際には別館を利用したい。

駅近でホテルも新しく綺麗。グループで泊まれる
Pros:

本館のすぐ横の別館を利用しました。近鉄、JR伊勢駅から歩いてすぐの立地で、中年女性鉄道3人旅なのでとても良かったです。部屋にはセミダブル？のベット3台枕のサービスやアメニティ、お菓子、ドリンクが充実していました。清潔で新しいホテルです。別館のフロントは9階でした。部屋には家庭用サイズのお風呂もシャワーもありましたが(トイレ別)大浴場を利用しました。
ただ、大浴場は本館の2階にあり、いったん外に出て移動が必要です。
夕食はついていないのでホテルまわりのお店を探しましたがどこも満席で10軒目で美味しい大衆居酒屋をみつけて逆に大正解でした。
夕食をとる場合はどこかに予約して行くと良いと思います。
朝食も大浴場と同じ階でビュッフェ式でしたが朝食会場は狭かったので少し並びました。
朝食ビュッフェを利用しなくても、別館にてクロワッサンのサービスはあるようです。
大浴場に移動の点だけマイナスでしたが、大浴場を利用しなくても別館だけで全然快適に過ごせると思います。

Cons:

大浴場への移動が一旦外にでるのがちょっとマイナス。室内通路があればなおよいかも。
