Check-in is from 3pm, with early check-in available from 11am for a fee, subject to availability. Check-out is by 10am, with late check-out available until 1pm for a fee, also subject to availability. Please check with reception upon arrival.
Guests are also able to leave their bags in storage for a small fee.
Children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or above. Recent photo ID may be required to verify the age of adults.
To help keep prices low and protect the environment, bedrooms are cleaned every six days at no extra cost. Complimentary towels are available from reception, and additional room cleaning can be purchased if required.

Dogs up to 24 in are welcome, with a maximum of two per room for an additional fee payable at check-in. Guide dogs stay free of charge.

Primero nos dieron una habitación la cual estaba muy sucia. Tenía pelos y uñas en el suelo y cama. Le pedimos que nos la cambiaran y lo hicieron, así que por esa parte bien. Aún así se notaba que no habían terminado de limpiar la habitación, pues los botes de champú/gel/jabón de baño estaban vacios. Pero después de ver la primera habitación, la verdad que estaba decente.
Very disappointing experience
I booked and paid online through Booking.com for a family room, expecting to stay together with my children. However, when we arrived at the hotel, we were told that our children had to sleep in a separate room.
How can a hotel expect a 7-year-old child to sleep alone in a separate room, especially when the room was far away from ours? This was completely unacceptable for us as parents.
I asked if they could give us a larger room, and I was willing to pay the extra cost. They told us that there was no larger room available. I then requested a refund so that we could leave and find another hotel where our family could stay together, but they refused.
In the end, we were forced to pay for an additional room that we did not use, simply because the hotel would not provide another solution. We paid for two rooms but could only use one, and the room we were given was also very small.
If the hotel does not allow children to stay in the same room as their parents, they should not accept a family-room booking in the first place. This should have been clearly communicated before accepting our reservation and payment.
Overall, this was a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I feel that we were treated unfairly and that we were forced to pay extra money for a situation that should never have happened.
