This spot nice and quite but away from tourist area downtown. Friendly stuff but we always had reception/wifi was terrible.

They gave me a smaller room than the room I booked, they said this is the only available.
Room was small, furniture is old, you can hear the flashing of other toilets in the room every time any one use it.
I booked and paid for two nights, but I had to leave after one night.
It is ok, but it can be better
Like: the staff at reception were very friendly and helpful . The location was close to my hospital and convenient. Decor very nice. Rooms were always clean . Housekeeping was efficient.
Dislike : the restaurant advertised on booking.com was closed and this isn't highlighted when you book. In addition , the room did not have a kettle. I was informed it was government rule not to have a kettle in the room, which I found bizarre as I've stayed in so many hotels in Istanbul and never been told this. There was 1 kettle shared amongst all hotel guest and always had to go downstairs at reception for just a warm drink. The vents within our bedroom was set between 24-30degrees. Meaning on warm days or nights , we couldn't have an AC on. When asked to change this, we were told it couldn't be changed until warm summers. Not sure I will be booking it again.
It is a nice hotel, rooms have a modern look and feel, the bed was comfortable. Overall a good value for the price. The hotel also has a small but decent spa/sauna/hammam for additional price.
The location is rather away from everything if you are a tourist willing to see Istanbul. We were on a medical visit and chose this hotel because of proximity to the clinic. There's no breakfast option even for purchase. The hotel's restaurant was closed. Also, I should note that the rooms are not very soundproof as we could hear a couple having sex in another room. 🙈
Nice hotel but lacked food offering. Night shift reception man very helpful in ordering me food in.Day reception unhelpful with no alternative to lunch or where to recommend totally wasn't interested bare in mind the hotel in the middle of what can only be described as a housing estate.

Maalesef otelde tadilat varı. Trivago kahvaltı dahil diyordu. Ancak konaklamada kahvaltı yoktu. Otelin klima sisteminde bir sorun vardı. Çalışanlar çok zariflerdi. Destek olmaya çalıştılar ancak pek iyi bir konaklamaydı diyemeyeceğim. Otelin konumu iş yerime yakın olduğu için çok iyiydi.
