Please note that the hotel can only be reached by aerial cableways from Kriens. The last ride is at 17:00 in summer and at 16:00 in winter. Please check the schedule in advance.

In summer, the hotel can also be reached by cogwheel train from Alpnachstad. Please check the schedule in advance.

The aerial cableways may be temporarily inoperable in case of strong winds.

The tickets for ascent and descent can be purchased at a discounted rate if you show your booking confirmation.

The à-la-carte restaurant is only open during the day.

Baby cots are only available upon request.

Please be aware that when booking more than 5 rooms or more than 5 people, different cancellation and prepayment policies may apply.

Treat yourself to a stay here, you really won’t regret it.
Pros:

An amazing stay. We arrived to crystal clear skies and snow capped mountains, in time to watch the sun set. After a gorgeous meal in the Queen Victoria restaurant, we awoke the next day to a white out - snow had descended! But nothing stops the Swiss from operating in the snow, so all cable cars etc were running as normal. A thoroughly different, and truly magnificent stay, would highly recommend.

山頂の楽園！！
Pros:

いや～超最高です。宿泊前にホテルから交通手段についてアドバイスがあり、登山電車の予約をしてくださいました。予定より早く駅に着くと、早い電車に変更してくれ、ホテル宿泊者は優先乗車で、景色が良く見える席に案内されました。最初からテンションが上がります。もちろん急こう配の素晴らしい景色です。山頂の駅に到着すると、一般の方とは別にエレベーターに案内されます。素晴らしい対応です。スタッフも素晴らしくチェックインもスムーズです。部屋も広くて景色が良くて言うことはありません。山頂のハイキングコースを案内されたので歩いて行ってみました。30分とのことでしたが、高山植物を見て写真を撮りながら歩くと1時間弱はかかります。山頂は雲がかかっていて下の景色は見えませんでしたが、山頂付近には多くのアイベックスが草を食べているところに出くわしてビックリしました！人を見ても逃げません。ホテル近くのハイキングコースは一応全部歩きました。日の入りに最適なコース、日の出に最適なコースを日没時間、日の出時間と一緒に教えていただけるので、不安はありません。夕食は素敵なホテルのレストランでいただきました。とても美味しかったです。私は、デザートのチーズ盛り合わせとポルトワインがとても気に入りました。朝食ももちろんおいしかったです。地上が暑かったので、山頂の涼しさは格別でした。超お勧めです。

Die Ruhe und Aussicht nach 17.00 Uhr!

Cons:

Das due Bergbahn trotz Übernachtung in dieser Preisklasse, nicht offeriert wurde. In anderen Ländern z.B. Österreich immer Deutschland, sind Bergbahnen in diesem Preissegmeint immer offeriert.
