Important information:

Please note that the hotel can only be reached by aerial cableways from Kriens. The last ride is at 17:00 in summer and at 16:00 in winter. Please check the schedule in advance.

In summer, the hotel can also be reached by cogwheel train from Alpnachstad. Please check the schedule in advance.

The aerial cableways may be temporarily inoperable in case of strong winds.

The tickets for ascent and descent can be purchased at a discounted rate if you show your booking confirmation.

The à-la-carte restaurant is only open during the day.

Baby cots are only available upon request.

Please be aware that when booking more than 5 rooms or more than 5 people, different cancellation and prepayment policies may apply.

You MUST try once in life and stay there !
Pros:

Unbelievable experience, one of these things that you need to do once in life. At night we could see the animals climbing on near the rocks trough the caves… Dinner was great as well !!!

Séjour exceptionnel
Pros:

Endroit exceptionnel , superbe établissement très bien situé. Belle chambre spacieuse avec vue sur les monts enneigés. Dîner et petit déjeuner copieux et excellents . Personnel très compétent et sympathique..

Cons:

Le seul petit hic est au niveau de la taxe pour le chien. Même si c'est un grand chien , je trouve que le montant de 50 francs suisse est excessif, même s'il inclus le transport aller retour en téléphérique .

Fabulous Stay, highly recommended
Pros:

Loved our stay at the top of Mount Pilatus. The hotel is very nice, kept its vintage charm while the rooms have all the modern facilities. Wonderful cloud pillows and duvets, breathtaking views from the windows and both breakfast and dinner were fabulous.

Treat yourself to a stay here, you really won’t regret it.
Pros:

An amazing stay. We arrived to crystal clear skies and snow capped mountains, in time to watch the sun set. After a gorgeous meal in the Queen Victoria restaurant, we awoke the next day to a white out - snow had descended! But nothing stops the Swiss from operating in the snow, so all cable cars etc were running as normal. A thoroughly different, and truly magnificent stay, would highly recommend.
