Excelente estadia em santa teresa
Pros:

Tive uma excelente estadia no Sugar Loft! O apartamento é super confortável, bem equipado e exatamente como nas fotos. A localização também é ótima, facilitando bastante a locomoção pela cidade.
O processo de check-in foi muito tranquilo e organizado, e a equipe sempre esteve disponível e atenciosa quando precisei. Tudo estava limpo e bem preparado, o que fez toda a diferença na experiência.
Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar e recomendo para quem busca conforto, praticidade e uma excelente vista para o pao de acucar!

Uma experiência ótima!
Pros:

Uma experiência realmente ótima. O sistema de check-in automático é excelente, tudo é automatizado e muito fácil de usar, o que tornou a chegada super tranquila, mesmo tarde da noite.

O apartamento estava limpo, bem conservado e tinha tudo o que precisávamos. Vista incrível!
Dá para perceber que o local é muito bem administrado (um abraço para Viviane e Débora!).

A comunicação foi rápida e profissional sempre que tínhamos alguma dúvida.

No geral, uma estadia muito confortável e com ótimo custo-benefício para o Rio. Com certeza voltaria.

El barrio más auténtico de Río
Pros:

Excelente estadía en Río. La ubicación en Santa Teresa es increíble ! sin dudas uno de los barrios más lindos y auténticos de la ciudad. Hay muchos cafés, bares y restaurantes muy buenos alrededor, y el ambiente del barrio tiene una vibra súper local y artística.

Las vistas desde el apartamento son hermosas, especialmente al atardecer. Además, el acceso fue muy fácil desde el aeropuerto Santos Dumont.

El check-in automático funcionó perfecto y hizo todo mucho más cómodo. El departamento estaba limpio, bien equipado y la comunicación fue rápida durante toda la estadía.

Definitivamente volveríamos.

Needs more attention during their renovation
Pros:

The bed was massive comfortable and with clean bedding, with a basic shower but good temperature. Overall the height of the ceiling was good so didn’t feel too hot or stuffy inside. Fine if you’re staying for a couple days but I stayed for a week and found it a lot of work. I felt fine walking around but because I had been here before it might shock some people with the steepness of the hills and homeless people sleeping nearby.

Cons:

Firstly the single occupancy apartment is up 4 flights of stairs, with a heavy luggage and no lift this was challenging. The second time I stayed here and I think the Ubers have decided to take even more time coming.

There’s no shops nearby for groceries except a small one that opens for basics opens after 10 closes early, the nearest pharmacy also opens late and is a steep walk away. For all the renovation that is being done they should have better facilities for the cooking. The toaster was broken and there was only 1 pot and 1 frying pan. Only one large bread knife that was sharp so cooking a full meal was very difficult.

No chopping board to use either and no mesh strainer to wash rice only for vegetables. No washing machine as they’re renovating this too, items came back missing and smelling damp/wet and unwashed even though I was assured I had placed all the items there and it was just because there was no fabric conditioner.. all my clothes returned stuffed back into the original bag not folded at all.

I wanted to cook as I was here for a week and it wasn’t a pleasant experience. Overall I would pay more money to stay in a more equipped apartment in another area.

O ar de um dos quartos não estava funcionando e não conseguimos resolver durante a estadia. E as cortinas e roupas de cama estavam bem manchadas.

Pros:

Maravilhosa a estadia, localização boa, 3min a pé do Parque das Ruínas, surpreendentemente deslumbrante, vale uma ida para um café, a hospedagem não deixou nada à desejar, solicitos sempre que necessário. Precisei deixar as bagagens até mais tarde no hall para aguardar meu voo ainda aproveitando alguns minutos pelo rio, e atenderam a esse pedido. Agradeço demais as meninas que nos deram todo suporte!

Cons:

Única coisa que não gostei foi ter que ir embora 😂 Tivemos alguns comentários de Ubers falando que aquela região era difícil de pegar Uber, na prática vimos o contrário! Sempre que pedíamos imediatamente aparecia. E pra quem é mais prático tbm tem metrô pertinho Estação da Glória, usei bastante, barato e fácil.

O apartamento eh bem confortável como um todo, cama gigante, sala grande e agradável, cozinha equipada, banheiro grande, varanda boa.

Cons:

As fotos nem sempre condizem exatamente onde você vai ficar (e o desenho do apartamento em si), o que pode ludibriar um pouco. A limpeza da minha Estadia foi terrível, encontrando cabelos, marcas de dejeto humano, barata e um quarto que não passa por uma limpeza profunda (deep-cleaning) há bastante tempo.

Eu tive problema também com o sistema de reconhecimento facial e atendimento
