היה רעש מהבניה בבניין הסמוך.
היה רעש מהרחוב החיצוני.
בחדר האוכל היה מאוד צפוף בארוחת הבוקר. האוכל לא היה טעים.אין חביתות והביצים לא התקלפו ביומיים שהיינו.לא היו צלחות.
אין חניה ונאלצנו להסתובב הרבה עד שמצאנו משהו פנוי.
אין לובי מספיק לאורחים.
צוות קשוב, מיקום מעולה,למרות שמול המלון יש אתר בנייה.
חדר קטן ומיושן, ריח של ביוב במקלחת. שטיח עם כתמים, חדר אוכל על בסיס מקום פנוי ולכן בשעות העומס קשה למצוא מקום.

המקום מרכזי ונוח להתניידות בזכות הרכבת הקלה.
אין חנייה ,החנייה עלתה לנו 360 ש"ח ללילה ,כך שהשהות אצלכם היתה יקרה מאוד ביחס לבתי מלון אחרים שדואגים לאורחים שלהם לחנייה מסודרת.
