Beautiful place with a stunning view! The atmosphere was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay and had a great time.
Unfortunately, the food was disappointing and did not live up to the star rating or the standards expected from a place like this. The breakfast was quite basic, with limited variety. The pool water was very cold, making it difficult to enjoy swimming. Another unpleasant issue was the large number of flies, both around the pool and in the dining area, which made eating outside uncomfortable.
De keuken in het algemeen is perfect op deze locatie,het personeel is zeer vriendelijk,zowel in de zaal als aan het buffet,
Younes aan de receptie is iemand die de mensen kan ontvangen een echte gastheer,vriendelijk en correct
Achram ,de verantwoordelijke van de bar doet zijn job met veel plezier,zoals Mohamed,aan het zwembad zijn mensen die graag mensen zien. Ik had een goede vakantie

Zaterdag avond,de avond voor vertrek,speelde er een orkest buiten tot 23:30,onmogelijk om te slapen…..
Ik moest opstaan om 4 uur!
De vlucht naar Brussel was om 7 uur

Everything! Food was excellent. Staff were really friendly.
Not much - gym was a bit basic but nothing major.
The room size was great for 2 friends travelling together - the food in the buffet was lovely. The staff although friendly often missed some service through chatting to each other. The pool area was nice if not in need of a revamp - some sun loungers broken and tiles etc in the pool missing.....in saying that there were plenty of sun loungers which was great. Service and staff in the pool bar were fantastic and the animation team kept everyone entertained.
It seemed that some groups would get special treatment - ie: table service etc... this does not happen for everyone and it was frustrating to watch when some people had to get up for their drinks and others got theirs delivered to the table. The rooms were a great size but if you are down stairs and the cleaners are above you moving furniture etc it is very loud downstairs..

Decent medium sized hotel - lots of Brits. Great variety of tasty food choices. Super clean. Rooms lovely and spacious. Was there with my elderly parents.
Customer service was slightly poor - took ages to get a clean table / cutlery / drinks during some of the meal times. Entertainment is repetitive if you're there for a week. One of the bartenders at the inside bar ignored mea few times and kept on asking people behind me what they wanted to drink, which I thought was quite rude. Thankfully some people had manners and pointed the bartender my way. Electricity went in my room for about 4 hours - had to phone 3/4 times to get it resolved.
I did raise this to guest services who were very apologetic and did what they could to resolve / offer late check out which was appreciated so thank you. However I didn't like being pressured to leave a 5* review when you asked me to come and see you on the day of check out. Thankfully I had two bookings, one for my parents, one for me.

The room was spacious, two big beds (twin room). Two pool areas, one was calm with no music etc, plenty of sunbeds.
Buffet food (lunch and dinner) was average. The restaurant was not clean, serving dishes were dirty. Birds flying around inside the restaurant. Sometimes a bit loud in the evening with the theme parties, ie. karaoke night.
It's not a huge complex so feels quite intimate in a way. Nice and clean. Staff were super friendly
Air con was pointless. Fridge was warm. Not the comfiest for chairs and beds but ok.
Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux au Be Live Un grand merci à toute l'équipe, qui s'est montrée très chaleureuse et serviable. L'accueil a été parfait nous avons reçu toutes les informations nécessaires pour profiter au mieux de notre séjour. Une mention spéciale pour Ashraf, au bar, qui a été très aimable. L'établissement était d'une propreté impeccable.
This hotel was great. The room was comfortable, and I liked that it was all inclusive.
The hotel is extremely close to the airport and the city Center.
The highlight of the property remains the staff; all of them were kind and helpful. Special mention to Hasna from the public relations desk who offered to arrange for a birthday cake to be delivered to my friend’s room on her actual birthday.
I’m not sure this qualifies as a “didn’t like” but the food and the cocktails were just okay. The hairdryer in the room was weak, and I did note the lack of bathrobes.
