Friendly staff. Great variety of food
Although our stay has just begun, we would like to express our sincere appreciation for the exceptional welcome we received upon arrival – all thanks to Mustafa from the reception team.
He is extremely polite, well-mannered, and highly professional. From the very first moment, he greeted us with kindness and made us feel truly welcome and comfortable. Mustafa assisted us immediately with everything we needed during check-in and was incredibly helpful, attentive, and efficient.
His excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and willingness to help created a fantastic first impression and gave us confidence that our stay will be a pleasant one.
A warm and professional welcome makes all the difference, and Mustafa truly exceeded our expectations.

All the staff been very kind. Comfortable bed. Housekeeper was good and special thanks to the pool bartender.
I have stayed in many high-class five-star hotels, and there are several points where this property could improve.
The food was very basic and nothing special. Although we booked an all-inclusive package for our three-night stay, we were told that one of the restaurants required an additional payment because it is only included for stays of four nights or more. This does not make sense, as guests pay per night, not per stay.
The hotel description stated that the rooms have air-conditioning, but during the winter it was switched off and only warm air was coming out. After we informed the staff, we were told that the air-conditioning is kept off in winter. Even in winter, daytime temperatures can reach 28 degrees or more, and of course guests may want to take a nap during the day, so the air-conditioning should be functional. If the hotel wants to save costs, then at the very least it should not state on Booking.com that the rooms have air-conditioning.
We loved everything from the moment we entered the hotel, the staff are amazing, friendly and ready to help.The restaurant staff are amazing and so is the food. The bar staff in the evening are just simply TOP!!!! Thank you Be Live Collection we will be back🥰

Lovely Modern hotel, well kept gardens. Friendly staff, with excellent food and drinks as part of the all inclusive. Good free shuttle bus to the Medina.
Sometimes getting drinks in the evening was difficult as it could be very busy. The waiters often were giving drinks out, but this only happened to us on the last night
Nice room, clean, good variety of food and drink. Staff very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the nightly entertainment. Lovely pools and grounds.

I really liked how large the hotel is and the beautiful grounds/gardens/pool area. The food was great and the staff were phenomenal - especially Rashid who was in the reception - exceptional.
The gym could have equipment to help build legs.

Hôtel très propre avec personnels serviables et agréables (merci à Ghizlane pour son accueil). Le buffet pour petit déjeuner, lunch et dîner est varié, et surtout très bons.
Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien équipées.
Nous recommandons et reviendrons sans hésiter !
