We love this hotel, it is our third stay and we were welcomed back with the choice of two rooms. The staff are friendly,and go out of their way to make your stay memorable . The food was even better this year , lots of choices in the main restaurant and if snacks and fries are your choice , the snack bar by the fun pool offers a wide variety from a late breakfast to tacos and burgers , from 10 until , think, 5 pm.
There are two large pools , the fun pool has all the activities based around it , the other is a chilled area to just kick back and relax .
We had a great stay and would return in a heartbeat . Well done to all the team, you do a great job.

I want express my satisfaction with cocktails in the lobby bar. Snack bar and everywhere. Excellence cocktails, wonderful service in the restaurants in the evening, clean tables and you glass never empty, great food as well thanks to zina and chef moukhtar for their help and flexibility.
Gool water served in the restaurants which super cool.

Absolutely amazing first anniversary holiday this hotel does not disappoint. I would highly recommend this hotel staff are truly amazing they look after you nothing is too much trouble. Entertainment amazing food amazing people amazing can not fault anything! Also the beds are so comfy and it’s so spotlessly clean! Do visit the little shop too in the lobby a little treasure he is so lovely and knows his stuff on things! Thank you all for making our holiday truly remarkable we will defo be coming back ❤️❤️❤️❤️

This hotel more than meets its expectations. It is great value for money and the staff here are amazing. It is with no doubt what makes this hotel special.
There are ample activities and no need to set out towels at 0600hrs even when the hotel is full. The food is great and varied with good fish dishes for those that like to explore. We are currently in our last two days of a ten day break and would seriously recommend.

Yassine on reception who has amazing qualities and skills. As mentioned, all the staff are great but you guys have gone over and above and the hotel should be proud of your commitment and service certainly over the last 48+ hours.

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at the hotel.The staff were warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.The food was excellent ; freshly prepared, delicious and plentiful and vegetarians/vegans were well provided for.Coffee was good.Leisure facilities were fabulous ; great gym and indoor pool.Quiet outdoor poolside relaxing.Shuttle bus useful.Adults only facility a splendid idea during summer school holidays.Thank you for a lovely stay.

As morrocan guests, second time at this hotel, i cant describe how amazing the staff and the facilities are, this is now our to go hotel in marrakech, the cocktails and quality of alcohol 100/10, the service in the restaurant, the bars, the reception just wonderful, special thanks to the best bar manager achraf, zizo and ahmed, akram everyone at this hotel, top notch, zina in the restaurant, and kaoutar from PR, lovely ladies with great service, thank you to everyone again love this hotel and we live marrakech

L’hôtel était fabuleux dans l’ensemble. Le personnel était très agréable, accueillant et professionnel. La nourriture était également très bonne, avec beaucoup de choix. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et l’hôtel correspondait vraiment à nos attentes.

I had such a brilliant stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The hotel itself is excellent, with a lovely atmosphere, great facilities and, most importantly, some genuinely caring and helpful staff.

A special shout-out to Emma and the Guest Relations Manager, who were absolutely amazing throughout my stay. I injured myself while playing water polo, and from the moment it happened, they did nothing but help and make sure I was okay. Their kindness, care and support really meant a lot and made a difficult situation much easier.

The animation team were also great. I think the atmosphere can depend on the group of guests staying at the time, so some days can be quieter than others. However, the week I was there happened to have a fantastic group of guests, which meant there was plenty going on, and I met a big group of people who I made some great memories and friendships with.

A couple of small things could be improved. The evening entertainment starts quite late, and it can sometimes be difficult to get a drink in the evening when it gets busy. The pool bar, however, was great for food — everything is made fresh to order and was really enjoyable. They offer this for breakfast and lunch till 6pm.

Every day the towel man ensured we had the same Sun-bed, he didn’t go a day without remembering this.

Also worth a try at the Morrocon restaurant on site. But you do have to pay for drinks separate.

Overall, there are very few faults with this hotel. The staff genuinely make the experience, and I left with some amazing memories and new friends. I would happily return and would definitely recommend it!

The hotel was spotless, staff were very friendly. Location is not far from the airport 20/25 mins private transfer. The rooms are very spacious and clean, cleaners are fab too! The atmosphere at nighttime for the entertainment is good, very good acts and gets everyone going. During the day it’s very tranquil and calm, they have activities during the day. Evening the noise is very minimal after the entertainment has finished. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Only down fall, service can be slow at the bar near the pool, lobby bar is faster. Could do with more parasols. food was delicious and plenty of options to choose from.
