Un séjour magique !

Un petit mot pour décrire notre séjour…

Dès le moment où nous sommes sortis de notre taxi pour entrer dans l’hôtel, nous avons été accueillis par un personnel d’une gentillesse sans égale !

Les personnes à la réception étaient extrêmement chaleureuses, toujours présentes pour répondre à la moindre question.

Elles ont même remarqué que mon mari fêtait son anniversaire le jour de notre départ et lui ont organisé une magnifique surprise lors de notre passage au restaurant — une attention qui nous a énormément touchés.

Notre chambre a été mise à disposition bien plus tôt que prévu, et cela sans aucun frais supplémentaire !

Les chambres sont magnifiques, une super literie, entretenues par un personnel de chambre très consciencieux et d’une propreté irréprochable. Chaque matin, la chambre était parfaitement nettoyée : serviettes propres, lit refait, tout était impeccable. De plus, elle était très bien insonorisée.


L’infrastructure est très belle et très propre, et tout le personnel fait preuve d’une extrême gentillesse.

Le buffet était très satisfaisant.

Un séjour que nous notons 10/10 ! Le Maroc est un pays exceptionnel et votre hôtel nous a permis de vivre ce voyage de la plus belle des manières.

Nous recommandons vraiment cet hôtel !

Si nous devions vraiment mentionner de tout petits points d’amélioration :

Un peu plus d’animation ;

Un peu plus de variété au niveau du buffet, même si ce qui était proposé était excellent ;
Mon mari a simplement trouvé que les alcools n’étaient pas très présents lorsqu’un verre était commandé. Nous pensons toutefois que cela est peut-être lié aux différences entre les alcools au Maroc et en Belgique.

Pros:

Tout était très bien pour un 4* avec un tarif très intéressant en février; et un très beau temps. Je voulais juste me reposer et profiter du soleil à un coût relatif.

Cons:

Piscine des enfants froides l’hiver. Mais l’autre était chauffée avec une grande partie peu profonde donc ok.
