Better to book nice apartment and buy food out side. And go on desert tour etc

- The food was good but very repetitive.starf were good except a greedy man who book taxi for 300 Morocco currency which is only 200 to airport. That greedy man send away my taxi which I have booked for go to airport. Very bad and disgusting man.

There is medical facilities for minor issues. They very helpful and gave me medicine for my son who is ill. Vomiting and diarrhea.

Séjour globalement agréable. L’établissement mérite d’être au top, surtout au vu du prix payé.
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et agréable, mais la propreté laisse à désirer. La gestion des serviettes de douche est également mal organisée et mériterait d’être améliorée.

Cons:

Une personne à la réception s’est montrée peu professionnelle. Sa manière de s’adresser aux clients manque de respect et de professionnalisme : elle leur parle comme si elle s’adressait à des amis autour d’un café. Une attitude plus professionnelle et courtoise serait appréciable.

Amazing experience, lovely stay with my family in this fabulous hotel and the best staff ever. Never felt so welcome in any place before, special thanks to reception staff Abdellah who helped us with literally everything and was there for us every step of the way.
He met and exceeded our expectations since day one.
Couldn’t ask for better staff. We will definitely be back soon!!

Unfortunately, our experience at Be Live Experience Marrakech was disappointing. The photos on Booking.com make the pool area look much larger and more spacious than it actually is. In reality, the pool is quite small and can become very overcrowded, which made it difficult to relax and enjoy the pool.

We were also disappointed with the hospitality. Most of the staff were not as welcoming or friendly as we expected
