Domaine du Val de Sault

Excellent séjour ! Le restaurant est top comme le petit déjeuner, à refaire !

We loved the Provence region and particularly being out of the busy towns during the summer high tourist season. Definitely need a car there. We flew into Avignon and drove the car to the hotel, as well as drove around during our stay. The hotel was amazing, almost like having an apartment with a separate room for the kids. It was so peaceful and tucked away. Kids loved the 'pool', the small heated one, which is referred to as the hot tub. There is a much larger pool, but much too cold for our Florida kids :) We ate dinner at the restaurant 1 night and it was very good. You are supposed to make reservations ahead of time, which we didn't realize. They fit us in as it was our arrival night. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The main village of Sault is only 10 to 15 minute drive away, and you pass through it to get to the hotel. And, big plus, there is a grocery market about a 5 minute drive away. We had a full kitchen and living area, so we cooked dinner a couple nights and stayed in after touring the area during the day. In terms of other miscellaneous info, there was a small playground with swings and a slide. The main office had a lot of brochures and info about the area. There is a detached room/building for self laundry services. Overall, we all loved this location!

Very nice hotel resort with a view - definitely worth a stay if you’re in the Ventoux area

Our stay was perfect! The property is incredibly quaint with beautiful views, we had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant and the staff were super kind and helpful.

Words can't describe! From the amazing Michelin star style food -the service to the pool... Iv stayed at resorts $800 + a night and have not received the type of care that this hotel gave us.
Thanks for the amazing time. It was unforgettable.

Nous avons trouvé notre court séjour au domaine parfait. Que ce soit les chambres, la vue et le calme, tout est très bien.
La restaurant propose une cuisine copieuse et goûteuse, personnellement nous avons trouvé dans cette cuisine tout ce que nous cherchons dans un restaurant, de la "simplicité", du goût et de la quantité.
Pour le buffet du petit déjeuner il y a du choix et c'est très bon.
Les propriétaires et le personnel sont sympathiques et accueillant, en bref nous recommandons

Beautiful place and amazing staff

Very good service and food was excellent. But the property need some “love”. Installations need some repairs and renovations.

Schoonmaak een 10! Restaurant uitstekend. Zeer fijne bediening. Hartelijke ontvangst.
Enig minpuntje: er kan wel wat vernieuwd worden hier en daar.

Quiet location; off the beaten track of most travelers, yet easily convenient for visiting Sault and Mount Ventoux. Bicyclists exploring this region would have a superb base camp here! The meals were excellent, coming from a terrific chef.

Très déçu par cet hôtel vieillissant et mal entretenu, il ne mérite plus 4 étoiles tout juste 2, des wc avec du tartre, télévision où il faut jouer avec deux télécommandes, un restaurant absolument plus à la hauteur qui tient plus de la cantine, j’en passe et des meilleurs. Vraiment, il faut l’enlever de votre base de données, car son seul attrait maintenant, c’est la vue sur le Ventoux. Une fois de gros travaux réalisés, je pense qu’il sera de nouveau attractif surtout si on y retrouve une carte digne de ce nom pour le restaurant. Merci.

Lovely hotel. Check in was absolutely fabulous, she was sooo nice and friendly. Same attitude when I checked out the next day. The restaurant is superb, both for dinner and breakfast. And the service was great. Location is peaceful, I actually sat on the back porch listening to the crickets chirp while watching the stars. And they have a peacock!! Oh and a pool. ;)

Poolområdet trænger til en kærlig hånd. Ville hive stedet gevaldigt op i bedømmelse, hvis stolene på terassen var behagelige. De var lavet af jer, og sædet var en træplade. Meget ukomfortable. Vi nød at cykle de 1,5 km til Sault. Lækkert område og rigtig søde recetionister.

Petit. Déjeuner à un prix excessif.pour des prestations très moyennes.

お庭で飼っている？クジャクがお部屋の前などを歩いていてとても癒されます。

Beautiful hotel and room but many things not function. Our room was No. 7 and the wifi did not work due to distance from the router. There is no AC so our sleep was not comfortable; we stayed in July. The massage shower looked high tech and we followed the instructions but it couldn't even turn on! When we tried to call reception, it's already closed at late night!
