Vale o Custo Benefício. Recomendo.
Pros:

Tudo certo. Já é a segunda vez que fico no Hotel. Nada a reclamar. Atendimento, localização, Quartos, limpeza, shopping em frente.

Os ambientes do hotel são extremamente limpos e bem cuidados. O serviço de camareira foi impecável durante toda a estadia, demonstrando atenção aos detalhes e padrão de qualidade consistente.

Cons:

A experiência como um todo foi bastante negativa, principalmente pela condução da equipe diante dos problemas ocorridos.

Houve falhas estruturais durante a estadia (como o não funcionamento das TVs nos quartos), que poderiam acontecer pontualmente, porém o que realmente comprometeu a experiência foi a falta de agilidade, preparo e empatia da equipe na resolução da situação.

Em diversos momentos, percebi uma postura pouco proativa, com demora na resposta e ausência de soluções efetivas no tempo adequado, o que gerou desgaste desnecessário e impactou diretamente na qualidade da hospedagem.

Além disso, mesmo após o ocorrido, a tratativa posterior não foi suficientemente resolutiva, com compensações apresentando limitações que dificultam sua utilização, prolongando a insatisfação.

Diante disso, a experiência final foi abaixo do esperado para o padrão da rede.

Recomendo colocar tampa no lixeiro do banheiro.

Ideal for a short stay but just needs a little attention to be really good

Breakfast was good and opposite a mall so handy for quick bites to eat.

Cons:

Plug socket missing from the socket by the bed. Sat in the bar for 15 minutes and ended up leaving as nobody to serve us.

Bom hotel, mas pode melhorar
Pros:

Hotel com boa localização e fica em frente ao shopping. Café da manhã bom, mas não surpreende. Quarto bem espaçoso.

Cons:

Só tinha um elevador funcionando e ainda sem ar condicionado. Os hóspedes se apertavam e suavam. A tapioca do café da manhã era para os que acordavam mais tarde, pois só serviam pelas 07:00h.
