I wasn't able to stay cause no id and I wasn't able to use my wife I'd to get the room so they kept are money and no refund after they said they would give us a refund

Frightening.
Pros:

There was no breakfast. There was no staff there when we left at 9:30 am.

Cons:

This is not in a very good neighborhood. The staff when I checked in was rude and said she would not serve me until we moved our car from in front. We were in room 102 just under a man who was dealing drugs from what I could tell until about 3 am. I know you don't have control over this, but I was afraid because there was a man and woman with raised angry voices. Then someone else with loud voices and banging within each hour or so. I wasn't sure if someone would shoot a gun, and we were right underneath them. This was May 25th at your downtown San Bernadino location.
