The Best of the Best
Pros:

I’d give it 10 stars if I could. This was our second stay here. The hotel is beautiful and well cared for. Our room on the 17th floor was outstanding. Great view along the coastline. Wonderful buffets in the Vista Lounge.

But most of all we appreciated the EXCEPTIONAL staff of friendly, helpful, courteous, kind people in EVERY department. Special thanks to Gili.

And many thanks to the management for creating such an excellent experience for travelers. A thoughtful, kind staff makes such a big difference. Thank you and hope to visit again soon.

Not worth the money
Pros:

The food offerings at the Vista Club lounge were frankly uninspired. Same food every day. No variety. The downstairs breakfasts are included in most room rates so upgrading to the Vista floor is not worth the extra. The staff have a strange snobby stern like attitude. Not welcoming whereas the staff in the rest of the hotel were very warm and helpful. The poolside staff and outdoor coffee shop staff were outstanding for example. while the Vista ones were cold and aloof.

Perfect Stay in Tel Aviv!
Pros:

We had an amazing experience at The Vista at Hilton Tel Aviv. The concierge team was outstanding—so helpful with recommendations, reservations, and making sure everything went smoothly. The hotel itself was spotless, modern, and very comfortable.

Breakfast was a real highlight—plenty of fresh, delicious options with something for everyone, and enjoying it with those beautiful views made it even better.

The location couldn’t be better, right by the beach and just a short distance from everything Tel Aviv has to offer. The city is vibrant, full of energy, and incredibly easy to get around. Between the culture, the food, and the seaside atmosphere, every moment was enjoyable.

Highly recommend The Vista for anyone visiting Tel Aviv—I’ll definitely be back!

We love the Tel Aviv Hilton!
Pros:

My husband and I absolutely love our stays at Tel Aviv Hilton. This time is no different. From the moment you w
Yet you are greeted with friendly staff. We highly recommend the Vista Lounge to make your stay complete. Always ask for Gili who ensures you have everything you need. The pool under Avi’s dutiful watch is top notch. The location is right on the Tayelet which makes walking to anywhere a breeze. And the beach is just a few steps away. We always feel like we are coming home when we are here at The Tel Aviv Hilton. Don’t miss out !

Calm, secure stay in Tel Aviv with great food, clean rooms & staff who handled alerts professionally.
Pros:

My recent stay at The Vista Tel Aviv was a memorable one — a blend of comfort, security, and real-world experience given the region’s dynamic situation. Here’s a full breakdown of my experience:

📍 Location & Environment

The hotel is superbly located, offering a panoramic view of the coastline. It's close to key places — the beach is a short walk away, and central Tel Aviv is easily accessible by taxi or foot. The area feels vibrant, with nearby cafes, shops, and cultural attractions. Despite the tension in the region at times, the immediate environment around the hotel felt relatively calm and safe.

🛏️ Rooms & Cleanliness

The rooms were modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. The beds were very comfortable — crisp linens, supportive mattress, and blackout curtains that made rest easy. Housekeeping did a great job daily, restocking towels and maintaining high cleanliness standards.

🍽️ Food & Dining

The food was excellent. A mix of local Israeli dishes and international options were available at breakfast and dinner. Everything was fresh — from the shakshuka to the pastries and salads. The dining area was clean and well-staffed. Special dietary needs were also taken seriously.

🚨 Missile Strike Alerts & Safety Protocols

One of the most important aspects of this stay was how well the hotel handled missile alerts. During the recent strikes, we were promptly and clearly alerted each time. The staff remained calm and professional, guiding guests to safe areas. There is a well-marked bomb shelter within the hotel, and its accessibility and readiness were reassuring.

The alert system worked via in-room alarms, public address systems, and staff coordination. The hotel never once left us wondering what to do, and that peace of mind mattered a lot.

🔐 Security & Staff

Security was visible but non-intrusive. There were guards at the entrance. Inside, the staff were friendly, respectful, and multilingual. Every team member seemed trained for emergencies, which made us feel looked after.

🧼 Amenities & Facilities

Wi-Fi 🛜 was strong throughout the property. The lobby was clean, stylish, and quiet — good for working or relaxing. The hotel had a small fitness area, decent business center, and fast elevators. The views from the upper floors were breathtaking — especially at sunset.

🧳 Overall Experience

The Vista Tel Aviv delivered not just comfort, but a feeling of safety and humanity during difficult moments. They balanced luxury with preparedness — and that’s rare. It wasn’t just a place to sleep, but a place where we felt supported and secure even when sirens sounded outside.
Rating: 9/10

Would I stay again? Absolutely — especially knowing how responsibly and compassionately they handle real-time emergencies. The Vista isn’t just a hotel. It’s a well-prepared haven in the heart of Tel Aviv.

extraordinary
Pros:

The staff at the Vista were amazing. I was there during the Israel Iran war, which was very stressful.
The staff was truly supportive and helpful, both in directing us to the shelters, providing water, food and information.
My family felt protected, and cared for .
A few names of concierge are Gili, Renin, Ruthi, Uriya and the supervisor( whose name I did not get) They all excelled at their jobs and are a reason I will return to the Vista as soon as I can make another trip to Israel
The vista became our home, and all the guests like our family. I look back at our visit with fondness and good memories

Outstanding getaway
Pros:

Everything is outstanding - service, room, amenities, lounge, views… really nice pool, great restaurant (Darya). That’s why we keep coming back. Even a 1-night stay is truly a vacation! It’s an AMEX FHR hotel so you can get some extra benefits that way.

The best hotel in Israel and in my top two worldwide .
Pros:

Superb in every single respect

I have not been able to visit the hotel for a few years due to the Covid outbreak first then the lack of flights due to 7/10 .

I am so so glad I came back with my two young sons aged 10 and 13

What a hotel

Perfect location
And the very best of personalised service available anywhere in the world .

I am a huge Hilton fan but the Hilton Telaviv is my all time top two hotels of any brand worldwide .

From the minute we arrived ten days ago we felt the warmest of welcomes . Everywhere we went . Hello Mr Taylor welcome back .

The staff are what make the hotel
Lead by the best of GMs in Ronnie Fortis , assisted so well by Moti . What a team .
I also want to part particulate tribute to the following team members .

Gili in Vista lounge
Rutti in the Vista lounge
Rachel at the HHonors desk
Avi at the pool

They were all so so helpful . Nothing was too much trouble for them .

All in all I would never stay anywhere else in Israel and never have !

A fantastic property in Tel Aviv!
Pros:

We spent 2 nights at the hotel.

The hotel is located on the beach in Tel Aviv, overlooking the famous promenade.
Parking is complimentary for Honors members.

The vista is an odd extension of the regular Hilton - it features the top floors of the Hilton and, of course, the Vista Lounge.

We checked in at 13:30 on the 17th floor Vista Lounge.
We booked a twin room and were upgraded to a premium twin room - room 1624.

The room was a totally renovated room with a modern look and feel.
While not being too large, it featured 2 comfortable beds, a small balcony facing Jaffa and the promenade, a TV (which was somewhat malfunctioning throughout our stay), a safe, Nespresso machine, minibar, desk and chair, an armchair with a footrest, a coffee table and a lovely welcome gift of fruit, wine and a bag of local toiletries.

The bathroom featured a bath tub, a sink, a shower with a great water pressure and a toilet.
The toiletries were from Saphira, which is a local brand. They were pretty nice.

The hotel featured a swimming pool with sea water, but unfortunately, as the pool is not heated, it was too cold for comfort (I have no idea why they keep it open during the winter).

We had our breakfasts at Café Med on floor -1.
The breakfast buffet was pretty decent with made-to-order eggs, hot and cold pastries, cheese, fish, salads, pasta, fruits and sweets.

The main event of the hotel (or at least - of our stay) - was the Vista Lounge.
Located on the 17th floor as an open space overlooking the stunning sea.
The lounge is open only for Vista guests (other Hilton guests, including ones with Diamond status or on an Executive floor get the much inferior Executive Lounge on the 12th floor).
The lounge's hour are throughout the day - 6:30 until 23:00.
During these long hours, the lounge features 5 food presentations:
a small breakfast buffet, a yogurt buffet, afternoon tea including pastries, cakes and sandwiches, a dinner buffet including an endless array of salads, 5 hot dishes and last, but certainly not least - a dessert buffet.
To top it all, cold and hot drinks are available throughout the day, as is alcohol - beers, vodka, spirits and much more.
The amount and level of food and drink in the lounge is absolutely astounding.
It was basically like having an all inclusive rate for our stay - and we enjoyed it immensely.
The service at the Vista Lounge was impeccable.

Bottom line - while the Hilton hotel leaves a lot to be desired as a hotel, the Vista at the Hilton is a fantastic experience and is now officially our favorite hotel in Israel.

Pros:

The Vista rooms are definitely a step above the old Hilton rooms. The lounge was very convenient, and the views were beyond amazing. The sushi restaurant across from the lobby is very good. However, the hotel tries to sell the top floors at a premium price as offering an air of exclusivity, and candidly, with packs of little kids running around almost every time I was in the lounge, while it certainly offered an unpretentious feeling, it also gave me a headache...

Best Hotel in Tel Aviv
Pros:

Been staying here for over 20 years. In recent years they split the Hilton hotel into two hotels. The Vista Hotel is from floor and above. It includes a beautiful lounge on the 17th floor with an amazing view of the ocean and the entire city. There are food and dessert presentations throughout the day and complimentary soft drinks, coffees, alcohol and snacks all day long 7am-11pm.
I highly recommend staying at the Vista during your stay in Tel Aviv.

Disaster hotel not clean not service
Pros:

The suite was full of dust and dirt that caused me severe allergies
Inflammation throughout the body
And as a result of the dirt in the room I am treated with very strong pills

I went to the lounge and showed them the dirt I had wiped off the bed myself to a manager on duty named Marina.
And she said it's fine, it's dust, it's normal
This is dust that has not been cleaned for many months, not every day

The Grand Dame of Tel Aviv's hotels
Pros:

I am currently staying at the Vista. I realise it has been over 25 years since I started staying here, and for me, it is the only place in Tel Aviv to stay. No other hotel commands a location on a small hill top, with 360 panoramic views. The pool is sadly shut as it is winter, but the steam and sauna are a good alternative.

Even though Israel is currently in crisis, I feel 100% welcome and safe here. Thank you to Ruth and Rachel for making yet another stay so enjoyable.

Pros:

I still love this fab hotel. The Vista is the best. The lounge has constant food. Big variety at breakfast afternoon tea and even a vegatarian dinner. Trust me you will never go hungry. The service in the Vista lounge is amazing. One night I wasnt well and they made me pototoes to eat. The pool area is my fav. Avi is outstanding. He made me feel so at home. 7 star service from him. Only problem is when Avi isnt there the team lack motivation. I love The Hiltons location close to everything. Highly recommend this great hotel.

Amazing stay with an amazing lounge!
Pros:

Our first ever visit to Tel Aviv and cannot fault The Vista, our stay was amazing! We stayed as a family of three in a Vista Grand Studio on the 17th floor, the same floor as the Vista Lounge. The room was spacious, the service was incredible and the lounge was AMAZING! We've stayed in five star hotels all over the world and without a doubt this is one of the best executive lounges anywhere. Amazing food and beverage selection all day/night, spacious and wonderful service.

All and all the hotel was beyond our expectations. Top tips, be careful booking over Shabbat as your dining option are limited. We also just missed Yom Kippur in which the lounge and restaurants are closed (but the hotel gives in room dining options). Finally if you want a decent balcony do not book floor 17 as the balconies are really really small. One final tip for the hotel... The pool is too cold! Please raise it to 30/31°. Minor niggles though we LOVED our stay and will be back!
