The personal is very friendly and helpful. The location is great, and the rooms are spacious. The hotel is beautiful because it's a colonial house.
We were travelling by car, and we were not aware of the parking situation. There's private parking in front of the hotel, which is practical but rather expensive. It'd be nice if somehow one could make us aware of that, or if the hotel could recommend some options. Also, maybe it's because of the overall safety issues of the country, but the hotel closes at night, and one has to call so the door can be opened. The person in charge was very responsive, however.

Central location. Beautiful building. The very welcoming staff — they were helpful, so accommodating of any requests we had, and made you feel at home.
These grand old houses are designed with windows facing the inner courtyard only, not the street. (Of course that means no street noise, a big plus at night).
