How can service be lacking when there are so many staff?
Pros:

Great peopke. This hotel is a bit tucked away from all the action. That can be good. Limited traffic noise. There is a new mall opening at the end of the road on the waterfront along with several restaurants. Be prepared to walk a bit in the heat without full sidewalks. My so called Superior room didn't have a window. It was a bit like an inside room on a cruise ship. Good shower and a nice sized room to compensate. Nice breakfast buffet. Pool could be so much nicer if given a good clean.

Cons:

Staff ratio to guests is unusually high. Normally, this would be a good thing. Except when it isn't. I counted nine staff in the pool side restaurant at lunch - for only two customers. What happens? Staff stand around, or in this case, sit around and chat. Service was actually bad because no one was paying attention. It took forever to get a menu, have plates taken away and get the bill. I don't blame the workers. I blame management. Where was the manager? How can the workers learn their jobs when there is no one to train them? To teach them proper manners and service?

My stay was comfortable I did complain twice once that the safe was not working and also the aircon was dripping
Pros:

The property had a very nice clean feel and friendly staff.

Cons:

The decor was dated needs re-painting walls doors paint coming of the doors some of the furniture badly marked,ripped net curtain, bathroom mastic dirty around the joins just a really worn out decor which is a shame it lets the hotel down.

Hyggelig personale og fint uteområde. Store rom.
Pros:

Hyggelig personale, fint basseng og uteområde. Ok gym. Bra med at noen lager egg for deg.

Cons:

Frokosten er litt underveldende. Men bra at noen lager egg. Gymmen burde få en pullup bar og squat rack med barbell.

Overall would recommend Sierra Hotel
Pros:

Great location, staff were helpful and lovely, AC worked well but was a little loud, beds comfy.

Cons:

The breakfast had a lot of great filipino options but not so many international breakfast options like english and american breakfast or vegetarian options.

The place has been decreasing in quality since I have been coming here for 3 years.
Pros:

The place is in a good location. The staff was friendly when I checked in and also when we checked out.

Cons:

We got to our room and had the wrong room key and the room door was unlocked. There were no towels and water kettle in the room. We had to call 3 times to get towels and then only 2 shower towels were brought up, nothing for the floor, or your hands. Also the shower head was about 50% clogged, could use a good soak to clean the openings on it.
