Pros:

I like the location because it’s close to convenience stores, pharmacies, and restaurants, making it easy to use Grab. The staff are very friendly, approachable, and always smiling.

Cons:

The room is quite small and has only one very tiny window. If you stay for several days, the air inside the room doesn’t feel very fresh.

1 was booked before , many reminder was sent to me. Wellcome and appriciate me. When I arrived on that date and proceed the payment, the said there is no vacancy rooms right now. I came 250 km from here and say no rooms for me. If you are me, what do you say. Worth managment and never deal in future. I will expose my situation to public. Tq

Pros:

Friendly helpful staff

Cons:

A lot of noise from other rooms.
Room looks like prison. Small window.
Water was leaking in the toilet and it kept waking me up all night.

I’ll stay here again in the future.
Pros:

Spacious room for a family of 4 and superrr huge bed. Can fit 3 people on that. Spacious bathroom as well. The check out time is at 12pm! Most hotels only offer up to 10am.

Cons:

There is no lift. So to climb stairs with luggages, two toddlers and other stuff was a challenge. Especially our room was at level 2.
