As it is away from the city it is not congested with heavy traffic. Amenities is also very near.
The good part of the hotel room is the big toilet with separate shower and tub. The big rooms and strong wifi connection. Unfortunately the hotel has run down in its standards of maintaining the interior decoration which was really a letdown. Also there were no fridge in the unit which obviously was very essential for long stayers. Food serve during dinner also took very long although it is very delicious, we were too tired to eat as it came more than 45 minutes.
Reasonable price around the area
there was no mini-fridge as promised and the safe was not working and the safety catch at the door was broken and non-functional. staff did their best to help and in the end managed to find a mini fridge and working safe and replaced the safety catch late into the night. The staff seemed Ok and seems to be a higher managment
problem of not having proper systems or simply not bothering.

It’s an impressive Melaka architecture building style, unfortunately they didn’t look after it. The room are smelly and the staff are disappointing
i really dont know where to start. From the moment we arrived, no one was helping us with the luggage, But kudos to the F&B Manager "Azan" whom was there saw my struggle and assist me with my luggages. Kudos to him. Parking is complimentary which was a plus point. Check in was a breeze and we got out room after 10 minutes,
Room was spacious but kinda dusty, maybe its due to a long period of vacant, but overall we have a great time, Breakfast spread was good and the service render to us by the restaurant staffs was beyond great. They show great attentiveness to our needs. Great work guys even though we know that you are busy.
The hotel has a great ambience and location, but need a lot of changes in order to compete with the nearby hotels brand. This is something the owner and management should look into.
Unfortunately ive been staying at room 139. With no refrigerator and the counter top at the mini bar need to be clean.
Staff is friendly. Fast checkin and out. Hotel manager needs to regularly check room cleaning carried out by cleaning staff
Overall was good and recommended
This hotel is located very near to Ayer Keroh toll plaza. The hotel is designed to seen with classic outlook. Certainly, the front office is very polite, friendly and very approachable. Very nice ambience and spacious room. Acceptable variety of breakfast choices. Definitely worth the money paid.
Upon arrival at the hotel around 2.20pm(formal check-in time is 3pm, we called up the hotel to check whether the room is ready for check-in, because if its not, we planned to roam around the hotel area. They said room is ready, so we went straight to the hotel.
Sadly upon arrival, they said we need to wait another 30min for the room service to clean the room😦.
For a price that we paid:
- no mini fridge
- no hair dryer
- no iron
- no laundry plastic
- no facial tissue in room
- poor breakfast service
- dangerous sharp edges of the table that might hit my kids head

Poor lighting in room
Had the worst experience so far after years of travelling for business trip.
Booked for 2 twin beds room for 2 nights, and reception confirmed it during check in. Went up and found out that they gave us king size bed instead. I was not even mad about it at first but after they gave us lame excuses instead of solution and said we can complain to their management and front desk manager about it, I was a bit pissed off.
Told the guy to prepared the right room tomorrow and he even promised that we can be moved to the new room first thing in the morning.
Next morning, went down at 7.10am for breakfast and see only 3 main dishes was out, no hot drinks, empty porridge pot, and the kitchen staff just strolling in to work at 7.30am. I was told by the reception when check in that breakfast starts at 7.00am.
I ate whatever already served since the omelet I asked for never came since the staff just stands there pretends to cook it. He thought I didn't notice. I'm on a business trip, meaning I'm working and I have to be somewhere for an appointment at 8.00am, not leave the hotel at 8.00am.
I went to the reception to check on the room and they said that they didn't receive any notification about it. I literally have to force them to prepare the room as I'm already late to deal with their nonsense.
Other than breakfast they actually gave us mini high tea which wasn't even there and the lounge staff was confused.
Overall the management was a total mess. Never coming back here again.

Nice classic architectures and spacious place. However, it's quite hot at the receptionist area. The hotel quite strategic because there's malls, petrol stations, attractions nearby.
the downside of the hotel is, it looks like the hotel is not taken care carefully. I saw dirty glass in front of the room door, cutlery and plates are greasy in the dining hall.
During my check-in, there's no towel, TV remote, mineral waters and cups. So I asked the receptionist to send it to my room. However, waiting for those items was 1 hour long! keeping tab with the receptionist several times. The services very slow. During registrations also the receptionist took about 10 mins each customers.
They're lacking of social and common sense skill. Why you need to arrange the chairs while we're having a meal on that table? So unprofessional. They look like fresh graduates but regardless how new you are, you suppose to have great skills handling customers.
LIft, very slow and sometimes malfunction.
Overall stay was okay.
Will I check in here again? I don't think so.
I wish the staff services are fast thinkers and all the best for the hotel.
