I 4 times call At reception I requested a compliment towel Art but not Make this is not good this couple new wedding couple I unhappy this behaviour
This is good only in the photo, in reality it is useless, it is not worth the amount charged.
Everything here is useless, no one should go here, the staff here does not even listen to work and on top of that they behave rudely.
The property should think about the cleanliness of the carpets in the rooms and the chairs in the dining area, also should do something for the drivers to sleep atleast in the nivht timings majorly.
I liked the swimming pool it was big and the room was spacious
The door won't open with the key she gave us the sheet had some hair on it the tv was expeational breakfast was good and there was hair on the bathtub the toilet seat was leaning towards the right and it looked like it was going to fall. The location was not what we expected it was in a Gali and the view was not that good. Totally not 4 star hotel more like 2.5 star hotel.
