The staff is wonderful, and the tranquility of the hotel is indescribable.
اقامتي في فندق كراند كونسيرتو كانت استثنائية و افضل شيء كان الموقع لان بين الروشة و الحمرة و في كل الخدمات الي تحتاجها و كان موظفين الرسبشنن كثير متعاونين معنا و أعطونا بعض المعلومات عن مدينة بيروت
The towels in the bathroom were dirty, we asked to change them, they were late for 1 hr and when we asked why late they said we are looking in the hotel's rooms to find clean ones. We were 3, and they put only 2 slippers, when we asked for 1 more they were disappointed.
We asked for charger extension because it doesn't work with their plugs, they said we can offer but you have to pay. And When we found one in the kettle, the man said " no need to tell you that you have to return it back or a big problem will happen 😡," really shame on them
Plus there were no tooth brushed, when i told them it's mentioned on booking, they said ok but we still don't have
Last but not least, they turn off the electricity every 2 hrs.

I have mosquito bites all over my body and the auditioning doesn’t work I called reception he said yeah it turns off every couple of hours for a few hours nothing we can do and here I am sweating all night on no sleep before my business meeting absolutely the worst
Nothing, very bad hotel.
I booked a room for two adults and one child, expecting the level of service and cleanliness associated with a 4-star hotel. Unfortunately, the room was extremely dirty upon arrival and did not meet even basic cleanliness standards.
What made the experience worse was the staff's attitude. I requested pillow covers and was refused. I also asked for an extra blanket for my child, and this request was refused as well, despite the booking clearly being for two adults and one child.
The lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and unwillingness to accommodate simple requests made this a very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I booked my stay for more tan 3 nights and was provided free airport pickup. They were also able to arrange my departure and had several recommendations for restaurants for Iftar. It is also waking distance to many shops. Would definitely stay again!
