I was so sad that such nice hotel the management are not taking care of cleaning and the other stuff for me is most impo
Pros:

The first impression was good nice reception and the lobby was nicely decorated

Cons:

I was there to spend the night because I a live in Tripoli and I want to drop my daughter to the airport and I don’t want to drive back at the night
They give me the room but the toilet was to dirty and there is lots of hair in the think that mean looks like somebody shaved and the small hair was there I opened the fridge find out that the fridge is dirty and I found an opened soft drink that is left there
Is took pictures and to reception show him the picture he said I can’t believe I should see in my eyes and the only things that I can do is changing the room and he did, I spend the night and check out when I wake up but because I took the room with breakfast the guy said breakfast start at 7:30 I arrive 7:25 breakfast not ready and I stay waiting for 45 minutes and breakfast not ready at the end I took a croissant and go

Cons:

Unsafe, was told to be careful as a women was just attacked outside the hotel. The electricity was not working, needed to wait for the lift to start working for 10 mins and then got stuck in it.

Disappointed action from the hotel

Cons:

My booking includes one way free airport transfer, but the hotel refuses this option telling that this is only for 3 nights or more reservations!!!
There are minor issues I do not know why hotels ignor fixing it since it will not need big budget but will make the guests not comfortable.

Cons:

Not cleaned well , toilet drainage issues , I have to call to get iron for one room and not get for other room , even no table , at night came to reception to ask for one more blanket, he told me they closed so not available at night , it was my worst experience
