Allocated parking was very helpful. Staff were very helpful in returning an item of clothing to me by post which was accidentally left in the room. Location is perfect. Easy walking distance to the local bars, restaurants and shops.
Very surprisingly pleased for a last minute valentines night away, availability in the restaurant with excellent food, breakfast (included) was particularly good in comparison to other hotels breakfasts
Parking was difficult due to the location of the property which isn’t really the hotels fault - bed could’ve been bigger
Whole place very clean and well run. Didn’t like being in the building where the brassiere was and that it wasn’t open in the evening.

What a fabulous boutique hotel. Beautifully decorated very clean rooms and comfy beds. The staff were excellent especially when someone blocked us in at the car park. Great location by The Pantiles and delicious and reasonably priced breakfast. Definitely return

Parking issues long walk up a hill to find a space on the road
Bang in the centre of town. Ideal for the Forum concerts.
Like most nice English hotels it was expensive.
The waiter in the restaurant was so smiley and helpful. Wish I had taken his name. Food was lovely and cocktail in the bar good too.
Having a parking option is good.
Parking with potholes and no lighting at night was not the best. 5 min walk so drop bags off first.

Ideal location, generous size of room and certainly reasonably priced. Super breakfast, lovely efficient and friendly staff.
The main body of the hotel not quite as clean as usual. Lifts need a bit of a polish. Possibly had been a busy week and lots of guests.
