Very good except the room cleanliness needs to be consistent
Pros:

One of the best location hotel. The cleaning isn't consistent sometimes its good and at times it's not. The dust in the bed area was probably never dusted for weeks (at the bed top a lot of dust) those can be easily rectified. But value for money, location cant be beat.

食事がとても良かったです。
Pros:

駅から近くてよかった。
朝食が富山のものも食べられたし、おかゆ、パンなどもそろっていて、すごくよかった。
飲み物もコーヒー、紅茶、豆乳、ジュースなどそろっていてよかった。

Cons:

ユニットバスが残念だった。

Pros:

We came for a night before going on the Tateyama alpine route. Location is perfect for that, as the hotel entrance is right on the station entrance, and in the morning you have a 1 minute walk.
Room was a good size, beds were big and comfy.

Cons:

The bathroom can use a small upgrade. It was big and had all we needed, just a little outdated. But for one night it was enough.

Great value staying in Toyama
Pros:

The location is great, 50 m. from Toyama Station and just 5 m. from Dentetsu Toyama Station that we could take the train to Tateyama Japan Alps Route, and all kinds of transportation easily. Clean, comfortable and provided everything to serve the guests needs, various shampoo and conditioner brands as you like, massage machines, air purifiers etc.

良いところを見つけた 富山に行く人がいたらお勧めしたい
