Good location of hotel
Pros:

Location of the hotel as it is just next to the station for our Tateyama Alpine Tour.

Cons:

The entrance to the hotel is not on the main road so we had difficulty looking for the nearest car park to park the car in order to look for the hotel. After we have parked, we realized we have parked at the wrong car park and will have difficulty to push our luggage across the car park and shopping mall. I question the staff at the reception why we were not told of this via booking.com, the lady staff was very impolite and told us Booking.com will not reveal such information and we have to find out by ourselves. She was so unsympathetic and rude, we stopped the argument and quickly check-in as we have to pump petrol and returned the car. Room is so small and uncomfortable.

Nice hotel. Recommended!
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location. Right next to Toyama station and close to restaurants and shopping mall. Room is outdated but clean.

富山出站右手邊，富山地鐵飯店，網頁希特莰霧煞煞，交通非常方便，商場下樓，飲食下樓，巴士、高速巴士，路面電車、就在旁邊，很棒，下回一定會再回住，希望洗衣機能改善，舊型該淘汰，謝謝服務人員，謝謝
