Hermoso resort, muy cuidado, habitaciones muy amplias, estaban atentos a cada detalle y necesidad.
No me gustó la comida del restorán principal, no era rica.
Very nice outside environment. The pool area is spacious and nice but doesn’t have shallow area for younger kids. I do like that there are shaded areas for lounging without a sunburn from the hot sun.
The check in process was a bit messy and long wait for us, although not many guests. We had everything booked and paid but they took a while to get us the keys. The staff told us they were bringing welcome drinks but we kept waiting and after 15 mins no drink. We reminded them and again waited another 15 mins. Later another family arrived checking in, and I guess the staff told them the same and when drinks brought over to us, the other family came and took our drinks which was weird. The check in process could have been handled better.

The service, facilities, rooms and food were all amazing. Such a wonderful 5 days in Siem Reap. We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay! Definitely a 5 star experience. We stayed at the Palace in New York City at this was so much better. Breakfast buffet was wonderful, dinners with live music and food around the pool all very good. We want to thank David and all the others who treated us with such kindness. We felt such peace and kindness here. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

La ubicación del hotel es genial ya que no está muy lejos del centro y se encuentra en una zona tranquila. Además con la aplicación de Grab encuentras tuk-tuks rápidamente. Hasta tienes un cajero de ABA al lado por si necesitas sacar dólares o moneda local.
La piscina está muy bien cuidada y el hotel es bonito.
La gente es muy amable y siempre está dispuesta a ayudar. Nada más verte salir del ascensor ya van a tu encuentro a preguntarte cómo estás y si necesitas alguna cosa. Tambien cuando llegas al hotel salen a tu encuentro a ver cómo has pasado el día (o la noche) y se interesan por saber si lo has pasado bien. Y siempre lo hacen con una sonrisa en la boca.
El desayuno es muy abundante en cuanto a salados y fritos, pero les faltaba variedad en las frutas (sólo 4) y en bollería: muy poca y un poco seca. Ahora, si eres amante de los huevos fritos, tortillas, bacon y comida pesada para desayunar, ese es tu desayuno buffet.
El hotel te ofrece servicio de tuk-tuk para visitar los templos y la ciudad. Si no tienes Grab está bien, pero tienes que saber que un tuk-tuk al centro por Grab sale 1USD y el hotel te cobra 3USD.
Las excursiones a los templos las ofrecen por 25 USD/día, que está bien si sólo vas 1 o 2 días, pero si vas a estar más dias, mejor busca otra opción.
El hotel también ofrece servicios de comida/cena (todo en USD), pero que si vas a comer a los restaurantes de la ciudad está igual de bueno y más barato.
