Pros:

욕실에 곰팡이가 꽤 있습니다.
방에 냄새가 나서 창문을 열고 있었습니다.
창은 매우큰 전체창이고 열고 테라스로 나갈수도 있습니다.
비가 와서 불꽃놀이를 안할줄알고 안나갔었는데
테라스에서 편안하게 잘 봤습니다.
조식은 화려하진 않지만 먹을만했습니다.

今回予約した部屋はレイクビューではありませんでしたが、設備は清潔に整っていたと思います。夏は洞爺湖で花火を打ち上げており、ホテルからすぐに湖畔に出られるのが良かったです。洞爺湖付近はレストランとかもそれほど多くなさそうで、夕食バイキングがあるのもポイント高かったです。

Great views for the fireworks.
Pros:

We had a Lakeview room with a balcony which was very nice you could watch the fireworks right from your balcony if you wanted to. Good size room with everything that you needed. Easy walk along the boardwalk to various restaurants and 7 elevens. Would stay again if in the area.

Pros:

一人旅でシングルルームを予約しました。建物、設備は古いですが適切に改装しています。従業員はフレンドリーな対応をしてくれ快適な宿泊を過ごせました。インバウンドの団体を中心にしているのか、宿泊客の90%が外国人で洞爺湖にいながら外国気分を味わえました。

ただ、洋室シングルルームで広さは十分でしたが、ベッドが小さく古そうだったのと、テレビが今時BS放送が映ら

部屋は冬だけどエアコンついてるし狭いわけでもないが、ビジホレベル。
他の口コミほど食べれない程ではなかった
が、蟹はみるからにスカスカそうだったから食べず、麻婆豆腐など1部はしょっぱくて残した。牛肉は全部成型肉でまずい。食事会場は私以外全員中国人で煩くて落ち着かない。
お風呂は普通だけど全部ぬるい印象。
お風呂上がりに洗面台に使った後の綿棒が無造作に投げられてたので結局質の悪い中華が来るところなのだなという印象。次泊まることは無いなって感じ。

Pros:

Stayed for 6 nights and went skiing in Rutsusu daily which was only 35 min away. Excellent location on the lake. Onsen was fabulous at end of ski days with good skin products and massage chair. Half board included and food options though almost same daily had lots of dishes with sashimi the best of qualities. Need to blast heating due to draft through windows but comfortable. Highly recommended!

2回目の宿泊です。年数が経って建物は古い感じがしますが、きれいに清掃がされており、充分にくつろぐことができました。窓が大きく、ベランダで、洞爺湖ビューを満喫しました。夕朝食ともにとても美味しく、特に夕食のカレーは良かったです。外国人の方が多く、朝食時にお茶のサーバーからお茶を水筒4本に詰めて占領しており、その点は不快でした。その人のマナーの問題なので宿側に非はありませんが。
