Sunshine Hotel Zhangjiajie

We reserved two rooms for a family of four for 4 nights. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The beds were very comfortable! We enjoyed the fresh room every day after a long walking tour. Breakfast is free and has lots of selection. It has a tour information desk offer online tickets booking with no extra fees. Whenever we had any questions or concerns about the tickets (wherever we were) they were always answered my phone. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay with them.

My room was upgraded to executive suite. Room is large and clean with a lot of facilities. Staff are very polite and helpful. My stay in the hotel is very enjoyable experience.

4つ星で、ビュフェしかない？ステーキもどこにもない。エレベーター案内には、3つのレストラン表示、だかあるのは、1階の中華ビュッフェのみ。外食は中華でも、ホテルでは、ステーキぐらい準備は、普通かと思います。酷すぎ、きちんと、案内に表示して下さい。部屋には、レストランの案内がないので、探し回った。ホテルの施設案内が、無いのは、欠陥です。また、チェックアウト時間が早いから心配したのにやはりまともなチェックアウトが出来ない。領収書の発行を、してくれなかったので、改めて、自宅へ送付を、要求する。

The rooms were very comfortable. The brunch was quite varied. The location was close to downtown but not walkable.

Rather grand hotel at an excellent price. Great amenities.We are on our year long tour visiting all the natural and man made world wonders just part of our 31 most romantic countries trip around the world.This hotel has been one of the better ones. #thenaughtonnomads

Beautiful Chinese hotel, well decorated and rooms have everything you need. Huge included breakfast.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would have gave 5 stars until check out. I understand that the young lady behind the counter did not speak English but a smile is an universal language.

Restaurant service staff were rather impolite. Far cry from Pullman Hotel’s excellent service. Otherwise, the hotel can be better.

Elegantissimo con camere enormi ben arredate e dotate di ogni comfort personale gentilissimo anche se un po’ distante dal National Park rivolgetevi al personale vi dirà la migliore soluzione vicino al monte Tianmen colazione variegata e buona ristorante all’Interno molto variegato per tutte le cucine e molto buono per quelle asiatiche

Een zeer groot luxieus hotel. We hadden een prachtige grote business kamer. Het personeel kon weinig engels maar was zeer behulpzaam. Het hotel ligt zeer gunstig tov het vliegveld. Binnen 20 minuten ben je daar. Verder dicjt bij Tian,en mountains. Nadeel is dat er binnen nog gerookt wordt.

飯店意外的精緻豪華！是一次很棒的住宿！家庭房有米奇的床單，牙刷、杯子...很適合帶孩子的家庭

房間寬敞舒適，飯店人員也很和善，給了我包車前往武陵源的建議，真的對我來說旅遊省了很多時間^^
地理位子較為偏遠，但計程車收費便宜，所以不構成太大影響^^

Hotel was very convenient to airport very nice hotel for the money. Hotel staff was very polite and helpful the room was clean with good hot water for a bath after a 16 hour flight. We changed rooms and my wife left her purse in the room unknowing, while getting settled in the new room their was a knock on the door. The housekeeper found her purse and returned it, the purse contained credits, ID and several hundred dollars all which were there. This could have been a very bad but this differently shows the honesty on the hotel staff for this I give them an A+.

The breakfast is not good enough. if you are not too early you cannot find many items on the table. Genreally speaking refill is not good enough; except for Chinese food. items like bread, fruits, milk and etc easily finish.

Don't argue with the Chef also for hot fried eggs. He makes a lot of them and put them on the table to be warm.
The hotel is clean and nice and beautiful and room spacious enough. Wifi was good also.

We had fun in Zhangjiajie and had the best service from the hotel

Absolutley beautiful hotel but if you don't speak any Chinese and your English make sure you have a very good translator app

Really great hotel. I believe it is the only 5 star hotel in this area. Price is good, breakfast is adequate, room is big and clean. I have enjoyed my stay.
