Etat de la chambre indigne d'un 4 étoiles. Moquette et carrelage de la salle de bains en état d'usure avancée. Réglage du robinet thermostatique de la sdb aléatoire et instable.

Cons:

Établissement d’une froideur d’une chambre d’un hôtel d’aéroport. On est en Alsace, on ne le sent pas. Pas de cadre, pas de chaleur, chambre froide et sans vie. Je ne recommande pas pour un séjour alsacien.

It was okay, but won't stay again.
Pros:

We picked this hotel for its location and it was great. It is about 15 min walk to the old town. The room is a standard size. The bathroom is quite roomy. Our room had a great street view and the windows fully open, which was life-saving.

Cons:

The room was so hot, absorbing all the afternoon sun...and the central controlled aircon only had fan and heating during the time we stayed. Apparently it was going to be switched to cool/cold in some coming weeks.

The hotel also took out the fridge in the room and did not give us a reason. The staff just said "there is no more fridge in the room". We only had room temperature water in a 27oC room. It was horrible. We had to keep the windows open during the day and night...

We stayed for 2 nights but the front desk staff only loaded 1 day to our card, so the second day we got locked out. When we asked for help, the confusion the staff brought on was unbelievable.

Séjour agréable !
Pros:

J'ai aimé le confort de l'hôtel, calme, bien situé (proche de la petite venise et à environ 10-15 minutes de la gare), personnel sympathique, petit déjeuner copieux, bon rapport qualité prix.

Pros:

Location perfect steps from old town but quiet at night. Room and the whole hotel is tastefully renovated, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Staff is attentive, breakfast offered so many choices, and everything was very good.

Cons:

Either A/C wasn’t working properly or it was too difficult to figure out. There was a bit of breeze coming from the window, so it wasn’t much of an issue.
