Hôtel à recommander
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé, personnel très compétent et souriant. Belle chambre au calme. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Parking à disposition.

Cons:

Il n'y avait plus de produit gel douche. Le flacon était vide.
La clim fait du bruit quand elle fonctionne assez fortement.

Prima keuze
Pros:

Het hotel ligt aan de rand van het centrum, als je goed ter been bent geen enkel probleem. Alles is prima aan te lopen. De kamer biedt alles wat nodig is en heeft een zeer goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Het ontbijt verdient een speciaal compliment. Is (was bij ons) in de prijs inbegrepen maar is desondanks zeer uitgebreid en heel goed verzorgd. Er is veel personeel om alles tijdig aan te vullen, te verzorgen, af te ruimen en dergelijke.
Er is een ruime parkeergarage onder het hotel. (Wel reserveren).

Cons:

De kosten van de parkeergarage zijn 20 euro per nacht. Niet zo heel erg, maar dat was bij het boeken van het hotel niet helemaal duidelijk.

Die Lage ist topp, es ist modern und sauber. Am Service muss noch nachgebessert werden.
Pros:

Es war sehr sauber und die Möblierung modern und relativ neu.

Cons:

Wir hatten einen Parkplatz im Parkhaus gebucht. Leider wurde es nicht kommuniziert, wo genau das Parkhaus ist (es gibt zwei Parkhäuser) und dass erwartet wird, dass man sich zuerst einchecken muss, um eine Karte zu bekommen für die Zufahrt. Außerdem habe ich nach einem Zimmer gefragt für einen Allergiker. Da wurde mir gesagt, dass man es berücksichtigen würde und ein Zimmer mit niedrigem Floor bekommen würde… die Teppiche waren alle gleich. Des Weiteren habe ich mitgeteilt, dass wir eine Person von uns Geburtstag hat und ob man einen Frühstückstisch schön hinrichten könnte, auch hier war nichts reserviert oder vorbereitet für uns!

Pros:

Hôtel agréable et calme et très bien situé, proche du centre
Beaucoup de choix au petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Attention à la pente de toit vers la fenêtre.

Didn't provide toilet paper until I requested. No house phone in the room. I have to walk down to reception to ask for it. The staff was impolite.

Struttura accogliente,pulita e in posizione centrale. Personale gentile e disponibile. Pulizia ineccepibile. Colazione abbondante. Parcheggio accettabile (con sovrapprezzo).

Pros:

Location is ok, only 10 minutes or less to the Petite Venice.
Breakfast was good
The room was clean

Cons:

The cushions were to high, I could not sleep
The toilette door was not a real door so there was not much privacy there. We were traveling with kids, so I would have prefered for the door to be locked from inside which was not possible.
Also for the parking you had to pay 20 euros extra, as it was not included. However there was a public parking lot just 10 minutes (to foot) from the hotel with 3 euros for 24 hours
