Disappointing experience with room layout and parking. I specifically booked a Premium Double Room and confirmed my preferred layout via email prior to arrival. At check-in, the front desk staff assured me I had been allocated the correct room. Unfortunately, this was not the case. We were given a completely different layout featuring an awkwardly small bathroom sink and a dark, cramped shower corner. Strangely, the toilet was located in a completely separate area far from the sink and shower.Additionally, our pre-booked parking spot was blocked by numerous stored bicycles. Although a receptionist offered to move them, she was unable to do so, forcing us to wait while we were reassigned to a different bay. This wasted a significant amount of our time. Management should ensure parking bays are properly inspected before assigning them to arriving guests
Ottima colazione con un buon assortimento di dolce e salato. Camere non molto grandi ma pulite e posizione comoda al centro di Colmar che si raggiunge tranquillamente a piedi.
Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut mit sehr gutem und grossem Buffet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und ich konnte mein Fahrrad in einer Tiefgarage abstellen bevor mein eigentlicher check-in war, dass hat mir sehr geholfen. Die Lage war auch äusserst angenehm, da man zu fuss nur 2-3minuten brauchte und man war mittendrin.
Wir haben unser Auto in einer anderen Tiefgarage abgestellt, da man ansonsten 20.- euro bezahlt hätte für unsere eine Nacht. Es wäre zwar ok vom Preis, da das Auto in einer sicheren Parkgarage wäre, aber wir haben uns für die günstigere Variante entschieden
Great location, just 5 minutes from La Petite Venise. We were able to check in at least an hour before the official check-in time, which was much appreciated. Good breakfast and very nice, friendly staff.
The air conditioning was quite loud, and there was no minibar or fridge in the room.

The quiet in the room (very good sound proof), the quiet of the neighborhood. Very clean an spotless. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The terrace in the morning. (we got our second coffee on the terrace). The variety of the breakfast, the rapidity with which the staff bring the replacements food when something is finished, the space for the breakfast restaurant is huge. There are 4 coffee machines and there is always one free and you don't have to wait to make coffee. There are BIO products (milk and tea, maybe some other food as well). The omlete is super fluffy and delicious. Very close to the busy center (like 7-8 minutes walk).
The mattress - is not ferm and we felt it on our lower backs (both my wife and me), the AC in the room can only be modified by 2 degrees C (plus or minus), there is no refrigerator in the room, the breakfast is almost the same every day. Small variations in the cake area and dessert. It has variety but it does not vary from day to day so if you stay 8 days it could get boring.

Daniel en Liliane zijn super sympathieke mensen. De locatie is vlakbij het centrum en zeer gemakkelijk te bereiken te voet. Kamers zijn top en het domein is aangenaam en rustig. Ideale lokatie om tot rust te komen.
Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location to explore Colmar on foot and the surrounding villages and Routes des Vins d’Alsace by bike. Friendly helpful staff who reserved us a secure parking space on request where we could also lock our bikes.
