Pros:

O hotel é excelente.
A gerência do hotel agiu proativamente com uma situação que ocorreu em minha hospedagem, assim a experiência foi ótima.
O quarto e a cama são muito confortáveis, toalhas muito cheirosas, banho excelente, café ótimo.
O estacionamento é terceirizado porém muito bem atendido.
Os funcionários são muito polidos e atenciosos.
Recomendo.
