Charm of the Old Port of Batumi
Pros:

The location is excellent and the hotel is always immaculate! Housekeeping is doing a marvellous job.
We loved watching ships come and go.

Cons:

This time there were asphalt works going on during our whole stay and the tar smell was quite strong on many occasions.
It was peaceful until the last evening and night. Then a heavy smoker moved in next door and it got impossible to sit outdoors.

Очень понравилось, что уборка каждый день! И это очень хорошо. Убираются тщательно, каждый день меняют полотенца и постельное белье. Очень приветливый персонал! Номера хорошие, но немного уставшие. Но в целом проживание мне понравилось

Pleasant budget hotel ,in good area .
Pros:

Location was walking distance to everything ,you can walk from old town to new town ,walks along boulevard are excellent,breakfast for us had everything we wanted , if you like wine ,the wine bar across from hotel is a must .we had Room facing front of hotel ,below is seating for wine bar ,it can get noisy and you will hear it if light sleeper . Bed pillows were comfortable ,we were there a week ,and changed at least twice .

Cons:

Poorly furnished for an apartment. For example, no wine glasses or bottle opener.
A few pictures on the walls and perhaps a rug on the the floor would have enhanced the property ,you don’t get a good impression when you walk into your hotel room ,it looks drab and not welcoming .

Best hotel ever, Nini was helpful, smiling, always offering service and assistance;
Apartment was so clean and big, sea view with big balcony
I strongly recommended this hotel

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially at breakfast restaurant. Clean. Bathroom is a bit basic, but still very clean.

Cons:

You can sadly hear all street noises very clearly in apartments with sea view. Downstairs is wine bar and people talk loudly there till after midnight + cars sounds. I recommend higher floor or apartments further from main street.
