The constant dripping from the shower all night
You can sit on the toilet, wash your feet in the shower whilst brushing your teeth all at the same time

Disappointing
Pros:

The location was ok, as we were only there for a quick job. The home bargains across the road was a life saver.

Cons:

Cleanliness was poor, suspected the room wasn’t cleaned because it wasn’t initially the room we were supposed to be in(had to be moved because it was smelling of damp and was stuffy), a pair of boxers left behind confirmed my suspicion and we had to leave before our checkout day.
Toilet seat was also broken, and the cover was just on the side when we got to the room.
Had to wait for sometime when we got to the hotel because there was nobody at the reception to give us keys to the room.
We also had to buy toilet hand wash, room freshener, and a kettle because the kettle in the room looked so unclean and a bit rusted.
The hotel in general was smelling like cigarettes.

Home from home been here so many times for work.
Pros:

My priorities when choosing accommodation are its location and proximity to my destination, good value for money, and well-equipped rooms with amenities such as a mini fridge, microwave, and kettle.

The customer service is exceptional. Always remember me which makes me feel appreciated as a customer.

Pros:

The hospitality we received was exceptional, and thanks to the manager’s(juned) kindness and attention to detail, our trip to Liverpool was even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding customer service and a welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be returning on our next visit!

Everything was great.
Pros:

Had a wonderful stay! The room was well-equipped with great amenities, including a fridge and oven, plus complimentary water and drinks, which was a lovely touch. The staff were incredibly welcoming from the moment I arrived, and the manager went above and beyond to help with anything I needed.

Lovely staff, smooth check in. Great value for money. Nice room and a bottle of water and 2 cans of pop was a very nice touch. Location ok, home bargains straight across the road and tesco is a 10min drive away so convenient if you need to grab anything.

Cons:

Bed was a tad small but comfy enough for 2 nights. The only thing missing from the room was a mirror. There was one in the bathroom but could do with one in the bedroom for when your getting ready.

Why stay anywhere else?
Pros:

Excellent location, clean rooms. Each room has a kettle, microwave and fridge.
The staff are excellent, especially the wonderful Muhammad. Why stay anywhere else?
