Large rooms, central location but the room wasn’t cleaned very well

Cons:

The room hadn’t been cleaned very well. There was hair on the towels, and in the bathroom. The side of the table was dirty and there was a stain on my pillow. This is the second time staying here - the first time that we stayed here, the room was clean. The second time (now) it hadn’t been cleaned very well

Não gostei do restaurante. Pedimos três pratos, dois bifes de chorizo, um acompanhado com salada e um com legume . Os pratos estavam com u.a apresentação horrível, a salada parecida algo que sobrou do almoço e os legumes a mesma coisa, infelizmente o serviço de restaurante não gostamos, mas os demais serviços foram perfeitos.

Bem razoável sem custo benefício,hotel caro e não entrega as 5 estrelas que estão classificados
Pros:

A localização é boa pra quem quer fazer compras e o café da manhã tb é muito bom.

Cons:

Já tinha ficado neste hotel anteriormente algumas vezes porém já havia sinalizado alguns detalhes como o ar condicionado não gelar , o colchão duro feito uma tábua vc amanhece com dor no corpo todo e a limpeza dos banheiro com rejuntes sujos porém eles não melhoraram em nada ,
