Just a basic place to sleep. Nothing impressive.

I would book again, but not for longer than 2 days due to the lack of room cleaning

Overall one of the better Best Western Plus Hotels. Extreme friendly check in process and very good breakfast in the morning. Good A/C Control.

Cons:

The new room cleaning regulations are a bad joke.They clean your room ONLY EVERY FIVE DAYS!!! Is that the ICE effect? :-(
Shower was not cleaned very well.
Breakfast Times ends at 9 o'clock - too soon.
Bed matresses could be better,very basic.

Clean, Great Food & Bar, #1 Location
Pros:

My wife & I stayed here for 5 nights to attend wedding, golf, and visit friends. The Peppertree Best Western is the cleanest facility I have ever stayed in. Within minutes of at least 5 golf courses, a plethora of restaurants and shopping, walking distance to a mega Fred Meyer. Fabulous complimentary breakfast options which we enjoyed each morning. Entire staff was very well trained and we're knowledgeable about the area and so courteous. We were put up at a Springfield Marriot when our flight was canceled and difference in maintenance and cleanliness was night and day. Maybe this is a Peppertree trait but I totally recommend this facility.

Disappointed for the cost of the hotel.
Pros:

The kind bed was comfortable. Breakfast had hot selections. Nice big room.

Cons:

I was in a King room with a pullout bed. The pullout bed was old school with lots of springs. Asked for extra bedding from the live chat through text, and when she came upstairs she handed the linens over and said 'if you need anything else, get it yourself'. I asked where and she said by the front desk.
The next day at breakfast at 900am someone asked for bananas and they said they were out of fruit.
The place where the blow-dryer was kept was dusty. For a place that was over $200/ night this was disappointing!
