Pros:

Very clean, pretty view from the window. Good location very close to the train station and the airport buses.

Cons:

Expected a bit more from the breakfats. Photos are not representative of it. Paper thin walls, we could hear every word of our noisy neighbours including their loud music. Very low water pressure in the shower. Temperature of the shower also difficult to set. Runs either boiling hot or cold.

Napi takarítás rendben, azon kívül semmi.

Cons:

Addig jó és kedves vendég vagy, amig le nem vonják a kártyádról a szállás árát. (Az idegenforgalmi adó fizetésére bezzeg minden nap Whatsapp üzenetben figyelmeztettek. ) Utána a booking.com és a szállásadó manager is nagyívben hárítja a jelentett problémádat. A foglaláskor reggelivel lett kifizetve a szállás. A booking.com fotói alapján éttermi reggeli volt beígérve (kávé,pékárú, gyümölcslé,sajt,szalámi...) tetőterasszal. Nahát ebből itt semmi sem igaz. Az étterem és a tetőterasz végig zárva volt, személyzet sehol, csak egy diák a recepción, aki semmit nem tud. A szobába bekészített reggelinek nevezett valami (fotón) egy szánalmas dolog. Reklamációmat a booking.com a szállásadóhoz irányította, aki azt a választ adta, hogy 6 euróért ennyi jár. Ezt nem tudom honnan vette, nem tudom értelmezni. Semmi próbálkozás a probléma megodására vagy elnézés kérése.Nem erre lett befizetve. Azonkívül rendkívül zajos a szállás. 20fok nappal,a fűtőtest forró. A fürdőben a melegvíz alig csordogál. Egyetlen pozitívum a napi takarítás. Messze kerülje mindenki el ezt a szállást!!!

Tutto bene, comodo, giusto rapporto qualità prezzo.
Pros:

La posizione sicuramente comoda vicino alla stazione centrale, alla fermata del tram e non lontano dalle fermate autobus su piazza Garibaldi. La camera era nuova ed accogliente, erano presenti tv e condizionatore.

Cons:

La struttura nei giorni del soggiorno aveva problemi con la pressione dell’acqua infatti abbiamo avuto problemi nel fare la doccia in quanto per alcuni minuti non era presenta acqua ma poi è tornata regolarmente. Ovviamente il problema era della conduttura generale e non dell’hotel nello specifico

Vicinanza alla stazione centrale

Cons:

Stanza vergognosa: umida e sporca, doccia con soffione solo al soffitto e piatto doccia minuscolo. Letto scomodissimo affossato al centro. Colazione inesistente, per 2 persone 2 piccole brioche del supermercato, 2 biscottini, 2 confezioni di Nutella e 2 di marmellata, the e caffè da preparare con un bollitore sporco. Pros:

Ho soggiornato all’UP HOTEL di Napoli e l’esperienza è stata davvero positiva. Struttura moderna, ben curata e molto accogliente.
Le camere sono pulite, ordinate e confortevoli, arredate con gusto e con tutto il necessario per stare bene. Si percepisce subito attenzione ai dettagli e alla qualità del servizio.
Il personale è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e professionale, pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi esigenza. Un’accoglienza che fa davvero la differenza.
La posizione è ottima, comoda per muoversi e raggiungere facilmente i punti principali della città.
Anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo è più che giusto per quello che offre.
Consigliatissimo per chi vuole soggiornare a Napoli con comfort e tranquillità. Ci tornerei senza pensarci due volte!

Pros:

Non mi è piaciuto nulla, non c'è parcheggio bisogna lasciare l'auto in strada contrariamente a ciò che c'è scritto, non è vero che si paga in struttura, ti chiedono il pagamento anticipato online prima del tuo arrivo privatamente e con insistenza, non è un hotel è un bb di quarto ordine tenuto male e decadente vicino alla stazione in una zona malfamata e sporca, la colazione è una busta con una merendina e tre liofilizzati, insomma scortesi pessimi e brutti, orribile

Pros:

La posizione è molto comoda. Vicinissima al centro storico e a pochi minuti da una fermata della metro. Comodissimo poter gestire in tutta autonomia gli accessi grazie a delle password. La camera era discreta anche se con alcune pecche. Materassi comodi cuscini inesistenti (1 solo a persona e molto molto morbido).

Cons:

L'hotel si trova in uno stabile anche "residenziale" e non particolarmente mantenuto. Il cortile interno e le scale interne sono piuttosto malconcie, l'ascensore un tantino inquietante anche se poi il servizio lo fa... Siamo riusciti a fare il check-in con, presumo, il titolare/responsabile ma poi nessuno alla reception per giorni! Una notte è mancata l'elettricità (eravamo noi perché nel resto dello stabile c'era) e ho dovuto mandare un whatsapp con la speranza che leggesse 😅 La camera era, tutto sommato, accettabile anche se un pochino piccola per 3 persone, ma c'era sempre il timore di tirare lo sciacquone che faceva strani rumori 😬
Se gli spazi comuni fossero un pochino più curati non sarebbe male. Prezzo abbastanza equo.
Consiglio che do a quasi tutte le camere: se ci sono spazi "inutili" sfruttateli per metterci un attaccapanni a muro, in special modo se l'armadio/appendiabiti è molto piccolo.

In fase di prenotazione era scritto che la struttura aveva un autorimessa o il parcheggio era in strada a pagamento o in parcheggi a pagamento, pensando che avesse un autorimessa, ho prenotato, invece all’arrivo non c’era e ho dovuto cercare nei parcheggi privati che avevano dei prezzi improponibili o erano al completo ho optato con il parcheggio in strada su strisce blu
