Não valeu o preço que paguei no plaza paguei menos e fui muito bem atendida

Hotel não tem estacionamento garantido para hóspede e tive que parar na rua, não tem recepção para ajudar com as malas, não tem telefone no quarto, restaurante fecha às 21:30 cheguei nesse horário e tive que pedir iFood, e além disso pedi pra me servirem uma taça de vinho no bar do hotel e me disseram que não podiam abrir a garrafa e só poderiam servir os drinks que já possuíam garrafas abertas.

HOTEL ESPETACULAR E MUITO ACIMA DA MÉDIA

Bom dia. Gostei muito quando o Hotel se comunicou comigo através de WhatsApp para saber se eu gostaria de ter mais um travesseiro se se este seria baixo ou alto. Além disso se alguém do grupo tinha restrição alimentar e se precisava de mais um cobertor.

Cons:

No geral foi tudo muito bom. Mas venho por meio deste não para reclamar mas para alertar a administração que:
1) O atendimento para o almoço, foi muito lento. Os atendentes passavam pela mesa e não se aproximavam para tomar nota do pedido. Isso demorou um pouco mais do normal. E como estavamos compromissados com horário após o almoço isso fez que comecemos mais rápido que o normal.
2) outro ponto e sem reclamação; embora o café da manhã estivesse maravilhoso, mas o pão de queijo que estava excelente acabou muito rápido e não consegui servir mais um componente do nosso grupo. Contudo o concveito do seu Hotel é muito elevado a ser julgado por mim. Logo recomendo.
Aproveito para agradecer a todos os recepcionistas em especial ao Thales que educadamente me enviou WhatsApp.
