良かったです。
Pros:

夕食の海鮮系食材が貧弱だった。多少高額でも良いのでグレードアップして欲しい。

Cons:

塩浦海水浴場が目の前でロケーションは最高。でもビーチが汚すぎる。南房総市でサマーシーズンくらいは管理できないのかと思いました。

Cons:

食堂へ入ったとたんに異様な雰囲気で煙と熱気とおまけに食べる物がほとんどから2泊の予定を全てキャンセルゴタゴタしたがキャンセル返金保証してもらいました！

良くなかった点がかなり多かったが「もー泊まりたくない」とは思わなかったので、機会があればまた利用させていただきます。
Pros:

朝食付きでお値段がお得だった。
場所が入り込んでおらず、道路沿いで分かりやすかった。

Cons:

換気の為に少しだけ窓を開けようと思ったら窓にヒビが入ってて怖かった。
部屋のシャワーヘッドの詰まり？お水(お湯)の出が悪かった。
シャワーと洗面の水切り替えレバーがおかしくなってる。
フロントスタッフさんの説明不足が多々あったのが残念。(2泊の朝食付きプランだが、2泊とも朝食付きなのか聞かないと教えてくれない)(2泊目以降のタオル類は翌朝補充される説明無し)
レストラン内が暑い！！

Pros:

ウェルカムドリンクが嬉しいですね。

Cons:

食事が駄目。お寿司の種類、刺身の種類が少ない。お寿司が乾いてしまっている。料理の品数も少ない。　お得感が全くない。
