這麼好的地點，多次入住，但現在如此破舊，這飯店該下定決心重新整修了。期待。
Pros:

地點很棒。走去地鐵站大約7分鐘。

Cons:

太老舊老損。可惜這麼好的地點,說要重新大整修一直拖延。如果沒有重新整修, 設施已經不敢入住。

L’espace dans l’appartement, la piscine, la salle de sport, le BBQ sur le toit, au cœur de la ville, proximité des transports et surtout le personnel que se soit l’accueil, le ménage ou la sécurité tous étaient formidables !

Cons:

L’ensemble un peu vieillot et tous les travaux mais j’ai cru comprendre qu’ils rénovent l’intégralité de l’Hotel donc la prochaine fois ce sera parfait !

Perfect verblijf,alleen die klote muziek was echt een afkapper.

Ruim apartement. Zeer beperkt servies, bijv. geen kurketrekker.

Cons:

Vanaf 22:30 tot 03:00 was er veel lawaai van tech music. Niet de schuld van de verhuurder, maar wel irritant en zelfs met oordoppen nauwelijks te omzeilen.

location great, infrastructure, construction & bathroom noise a big minus - the price was too high

really close to shopping and a great food court

Cons:

infrastructure outdated and needing a bit more TLC (tender loving care).
The air system in the bathroom was interconnected with your neighbors so you heard everything...
There is construction going on all day- we were not informed at booking, only when we arrived. For those who might want to sleep during the day to get over jetlag, will be kept awake from the construction noise.

We are very happy and satisfied to have stayed at OPSA. We would recommend staying at this apartment

The property location is very strategic, very close to Somerset Station. The room is very spacious for the three of us and clean. All the available facilities are functional. The room is also comfortable so we can sleep soundly

Cons:

The elevator is hot because there is no AC The cleaning service does not understand English, making it difficult to communicate what we need or tell them what time the room can be cleaned The lights in the room are not bright enough and the AC position in the room is not ideal, so the airflow blows directly to the body.

The hospitality and well appointed apartment were greatly appreciated.

The knowledgeable staff were friendly, respectful and hospitable. They were positive and timely in providing services and responding to requests and any issues, including reception, concierge, housekeeping and security.
