We are very happy and satisfied to have stayed at OPSA. We would recommend staying at this apartment
Pros:

The property location is very strategic, very close to Somerset Station. The room is very spacious for the three of us and clean. All the available facilities are functional. The room is also comfortable so we can sleep soundly

Cons:

The elevator is hot because there is no AC The cleaning service does not understand English, making it difficult to communicate what we need or tell them what time the room can be cleaned The lights in the room are not bright enough and the AC position in the room is not ideal, so the airflow blows directly to the body.

The hospitality and well appointed apartment were greatly appreciated.
Pros:

The knowledgeable staff were friendly, respectful and hospitable. They were positive and timely in providing services and responding to requests and any issues, including reception, concierge, housekeeping and security.

Cons:

We could have stayed longer.

Our stay was good with the exception of those things already mentioned. The staff are excellent.
Pros:

We liked the convenient location to shops & transport especially the rail system.
The apartment was roomy & very clean with a large bathroom.

Cons:

The entrance & lifts were badly in need of updating. The apartment was outdated and need of refurbishing and we were told this will be done shortly,

We did enjoy our time there and will stay there the next time we are in Singapore.
Pros:

Excellent location…very close to transport and shopping. Apartment was spacious and had the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly, responsive and very helpful.

Cons:

The building looked a little older and some of the fittings looked like they needed some tlc.

No renovation was done after our last visit on 2018. Do not have any photos.
Pros:

This was our 2nd visit to this place.

Cons:

We have paid for city view & Executive Suites room but when we arrived at the property they provided backside deluxe room without any view. Inspite of our repeated request they did not provided city view rooms.
